1. The Committee of Engineer-in-chief and Commissioner, Commissionerate of

Tenders Examined the application received vide reference 6 th cited from the
Contractor for Registration as Class-1 (Electrical) Contractor at its 72 nd
meeting held on DD-MM-YYYY. The committee approved the application
vide reference 7th cited for registration as Class-1 Contractor for all branches
of Engineering Department of the state Government subject to certain
conditions.

3. The Registration will be up to 5 years from the date of Registration. The

Registering Authority reserves the right to cancel or demote without notice and
without assigning any reasons.
4. Application for renewal of Registration after 5 years if desired should be
submitted to this office before one month from the date of Expiry of validity
of Registration.
5. The contractor registered in Higher class can also tender for the works failing
under lower classes
6. All the other existing registrations if any of same specialization in different
classes in the name of the contractor stands cancelled.
7. The Electrical License furnished by Mr. ., Shall be got renewed
regularly otherwise the registration proceedings issued shall be deemed to
be cancelled on the date of expiry of valid electrical license
