Admission process at university of Sargodha

Admission form can also be taken from these branches of Habib Bank Ltd by paying Rs. 30/. Candidates
have to submit filled admission form in all respects at Habib bank branch in their area.

Admission Fee

The admission form along required documents and fee must be submitted before the deadline.
Admission Fee of BSc private candidates for the year 2016 is given below. The candidate has to
submit Rs 1800 If he/she is not already been registered with the university.

Rules and regulation:

Intermediate Result Card or IBCC equivalence certificate.


The attested copy of CNIC of the candidate or B Form having CNIC number.
One Original Photograph.
NOC if the F.A or equivalent exam has been passed the examination to any other university.
The candidate has to submit Rs 1400 if he is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of Punjab.
The candidate must write a personal postal address for university record and Roll number slips,
result cards and degrees will be sent to the same address
Online admission forms can be taken at the Ilmkidunya website and also at the university website
and nominated branches of the HBL bank. Private candidates have to submit application form and
fee in HBL branches located in their areas nominated by the university.
Applicant needed to attach photo copy of registration card and CNIC and Photographs, duly
attested, (with sky blue background) and submit in the bank.
Candidates have to deposit the required amount of fee in any Branch of HBL and attach the
original slip of bank challan along with the admission form. In case of any deficiency in the fee
the form will not be entertained.
The candidate who has passed Intermediate/Higher Secondary examination from some other
University/Board should submit the original migration certificate along with photocopies of other
certificates.

The candidate who is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Sargodha University
should submit N.O.C. of the University in whose territorial jurisdiction he/she is residing.

The private candidate who has offered Science subjects should submit practical certificate of his/her
undergone the practical training in a Laboratory recognized by the University. The practical certificate
produced by the candidate will be got verified from the Institution concerned.
The candidate is advised to select the subject of his/her choice for admission very carefully. After
getting the admission the fee/dues once paid will neither be refunded nor transferred.
The candidate should fill his / her form himself / herself and get it attested from the professor of
Sargodha University or from the any associate professor or assistant professor of any government college.
Incomplete forms shall be rejected and returned directly.
Total number of chances is five (1+4).
Minimum number of marks required to pass the examination are 33% in each subject (separately in
written and practical).
A candidate who fails in one or more subjects by 5 marks or less is declared pass by awarding grace
marks.
A candidate who misses 1st or 2nd Division by 5 marks or less (if he/she has not availed subject
grace) is awarded grace up to 5 marks.
Second annual exam is open for fresh candidates as well as compartment/failed as a whole candidates.
The candidate failing in one or two or more subjects will have to reappear only in the subjects in
which he/she has failed. He/she will not have to reappear in all the subjects.
The candidates of special categories (Doctor, Nurse, Fazil, Wafq-ul-Madaris & Additional Subjects
etc.) have to pass the whole examination in single attempt. No grace marks are available for these
candidates.
The candidate desiring to improve division is given only one chance within one year of passing the
exam. Such a candidate cannot change subject.

Aero Science, Physics and Mathematics (General)

Every subject in each of the groups shall carry 200 marks. The students who take up Chemistry /
Mathematics with Psychology at B.Sc level shall not be admitted to the M.Sc classes in Chemistry /
Mathematics.
In addition to the above combination of subjects, a student can also get Computer Studies with any two
science elective subjects to get the B.Sc Degree.
All the candidates who are appearing for the first time will take the Examination as per new syllabus in
the subjects in which Examination is being held according to both New & Old Syllabi.
Practical Certificate
A candidate who has offered Practical Subjects has to submit practical certificate of having experienced
the practical training in a College affiliated to the University of Punjab / University of Sargodha or in a
Laboratory approved by the syndicate for the purpose.

FAQ:
When does the university starts registration for BSc private students?

The university does not issue registration schedule separately, it registers the students at the time of
admission. If a candidate is appearing first time then he would get registration at the time of admission
and he has to submit registration fee along with admission form and fee.
How much registration fee university get?
