Terms and Conditions :

Please enclose a cancelled cheque leaf for each of such bank accounts. This willhelp in verification of the account details and register them accurately. The applicationwill be processed only for such
accounts for which cancelled cheque leaf is provided.Account not matching with such cheque leaf thereof will not be registered.
2. If the bank account number on the cheque leaf is handwritten or investor name isnot printed on the face of the cheque, bank account statement or pass book givingthe name, address and the account
number should be enclosed along with the chequeleaf. If photocopies are submitted, investors must produce original for verification.
3. Bank account registration/deletion request will be accepted and processed only ifall the details are correctly filled and the necessary documents are submitted.The request is liable to be rejected if any
information is missing or incorrectlyfilled or if there is deficiency in the documents submitted.
4. The first/sole unit holder in the folio should be one of the holders of the bankaccount being registered.
5. The Bank Account chosen as the primary/default bank account will be used for allRedemption payouts/ Dividend payouts. At anytime, investor can instruct the AMCto change the default bank account
by choosing one of the additional accounts alreadyregistered with the AMC.
6. If any of the registered bank accounts are closed/ altered, please intimate theAMC in writing of such change with an instruction to delete/alter it from of ourrecords
* As per AMFI guidelines, effective November 15, 2010, any change in bank detailwould be effective only after due verification and validation in a period of 10calendar days from the date of receipt of
your request, subject to successful verification.
7. The registered bank accounts will also be used to identify the pay-in proceeds.Hence, unit holder(s) are advised to register their various bank accounts in advanceusing this facility and ensure that
payments for ongoing purchase transactions arefrom any of the registered bank accounts only, to avoid fraudulent transactionsand potential rejections due to mismatch of pay-in bank details with the
accountsregistered in the folio
8. The Mutual Fund, Trustee or the AMC will not be responsible for any delay or non-receiptof redemption or dividend proceeds where it is attributable to any incorrect and/orincomplete information
provided by the investor.
9. This facility is subject to the terms and conditions of the Statement of AdditionalInformation and Scheme Information Documents of the scheme of Mutual Fund, and suchother conditions and
procedures as may be prescribed by the AMC from time to time.

Bank details will be updated only based on the account / folio / application no.mentioned in the form.
