Full Epoxy Paint System (Epoxy - Polyurethane)

(4 coats system)
- First coat shall be two-pack epoxy resin based primer with mixing ratio 4:1 and with high molecular weight and
volume solids 54% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E).
- Second coat shall be two-pack specially formulated epoxy based texture product with mixing ratio 4:1 to be applied
by hopper gun with volume solids 62% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E).
- Third and fourth coat shall be two-pack polyurethane top coat with mixing ratio 9:1 having excellent weather, ultraviolet resistance, gloss and colour retention properties with
volume solids 48% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E).

TYPE 2

Semi Epoxy Paint System

(4 coats system)
- First coat shall be of acrylic co-polymer based Alkali Resistant primer with volume solids 32% as per ISO 3233 /
1988 (E)
- Second coat shall be acrylic co-polymer based Texo compound specially formulated to be applied by hopper gun
with volume solids 62% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E) texture to engineers approval
- Third and fourth coat shall be 2 pack polyurethene top coat with mixing ratio 9:1 having excelent weather , ultra
violet resistant, gloss and colour retention properties with volume solid 48% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E)

Washable Emulsion Paint System

(5 coats system)
- First coat shall be PVA co-polymer based primer for internal use with volume solids 16% as per ISO 3233 / 1998
(E).
- Second & third coats shall be PVA co-polymer based stucco filler with volume solids 52%
(E).

- Fourth & fifth coats shall be of high quality acrylic co-polymer based emulsion paint with outstanding washability
and colour retention properties to provide smooth and durable matt / silk finish with volume solids 44% as per
ISO 3233 / 1998 (E).

TYPE 4

Alkyd / Oil Paint System

(5 coats system)
- First coat shall be PVA co-polymer based primer for internal use with volume solids 16%
(E).

- Second & third coats shall be PVA co-polymer based stucco filler with volume solids 52%
1998 (E).

as per ISO 3233 /

- Fourth & fifth coats shall be top quality, lead-free, non yellowing alkyd paint providing
with volume solids 43% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E).

Non Fungus Acrylic based emulsion paint with advanced High Crack Tolerant (HCT) formula

(5 coats system)
- First coat of high performance water borne primer based on high quality alkali resistant binder with volume solids 25% as per ISO 3233:1998(E).

- Second and third coats PVA copolymer based putty filler to give a level surface applied with scraper having volume solids 52% as per ISO 3233:1998(E).

- Fourth and fifth coats of superior quality, special acrylic based emulsion paint with a HCT formula and with volume solids 38% as per ISO 3233:1998(E)

The top coat to have the following properties/test certificates: Crack tolerance of upto 1.00 mm (total DFT of top coats to be 100 microns min).
Classified for surface spread of flame to BS 476:Part 7:1997 as Class 1Y.
Special anti fungal and anti bacterial independent test certificate.
Excellent flow and levelling, good opacity and highly washable finish.
PAINT TYPE Epoxy Polyurethane System

Degrease and wash with fresh water, allow to dry followed by

1 coat two pack zinc phosphate pigmented epoxy coating based on an epoxy reisn with high molecular weight having volume solids 50% as per ISO
3233 / 1998 (E), applied at a DFT of 80 microns.

2 coats two pack polyurethane topcoat having excellent weather, ultra violet light resistance, gloss and colour retention properties with volume solids
48% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E), applied at a DFT 40 microns per coat. (Total DFT of system not less than 160 microns).

PAINT TYPE Decorative Sponge Paint System

- First coat shall be PVA Co-polymer based primer for internal use with volume solids 16% as per ISO 3233 / 1988 (E). B24
- Second & third coats shall be PVA Co-polymer based Stucco Filler with volume solids 52% as per ISO 3233 / 1998 (E).
- Fourth coat (base coat) to be high quality acrylic Co-polymer emulsion with outstanding washability to desired colour
- Fifth & sixth coats shall be a high quality acrylic Co-polymer based emulision paint with outstanding washability, hiding power and colour retension
properties to provide smooth and durable matt / silk finish with volume solid 44 per ISO 3233 /1988 (E), applied with natural sponge to get desired
finishes to engineer's approval

TYPE 8

Stone light Finish Paint System

(5 coats system)
- First coat shall be Acrylic primer
- Second coat shall be matching colour under coat
- Third and fourth coat shall be "Ceragarni" from japan or similar equal approved
- Fifth coat shall be top quality non yellowing polyurethene having excelent weather, ultra violet light resistence, glass and colour
retention properties
The stone system shall be proprietary system of approved make "Ceragarni" from japan or similar equal approved.

Exterior Grade Pure Acrylic Flexible Anti Carbonation Coating

(3 coats system)
- First coat shall be solvent based acrylic copolymer primer with excellent penetrating properties having volume solids 34% as per
ISO 3233:1998(E).
- Second and third coats shall be semi gloss medium texture flexible coating based on
based binder with volume solids 42% as per ISO 3233:1998(E).
