• Led the Development team in a turn-around effort of the company after it had run into
financial difficulties.
• In January 2008 I led a reorganization of human resources. Reduced the
engineering head count in half and managed to keep production level in line
with pre-takeover levels.
• Managed the software development team, consisting of 6 developers.

• Supervised as well as independent research experiments seeking to improve the yield
of monoclonal antibodies in GlycoFi’s engineered yeast strains.
• Designed my own yield matrix, analyzing the role of chaperones in production of
monoclonal antibodies with correct human glycosylation. Increased the yield with
100x.
