Ofc Alvarez (1J05) reports a 211 PC in the 3000blk of Magnolia St at 1137hrs. One suspect approached one
victim from behind and struck him in the back of the head w/ an unknown object; minor injuries. Victim fell to
the ground and Suspect removed loss from the victim and fled. Sgt/Watch Commander notified; no call out
