DEAR FRIENDS & PARTNERS,

More than
365 days just
passed, days
in which we
have lived
this verse to
the fullest, as
a band and as We were blessed with the

The
purpose
behind the
video was
not only to
let people
know
about our worship night, but also
to let them understand how each
one of us perceives the concept
of worship, and how we want to
communicate it to others.
The next step was going live on
“Minne Elak” show, on October
29. “Minne Elak” is a Christian
musical program broadcasted
every Thursday on SAT7, the
first Christian satellite television
in the Middle East & North
Africa, and presented by
Stronghold’s band vocals.
Going live on TV, singing two of
our own songs, talking to people
who called to encourage, sharing
our mission and vision with
thousands of spectators was
certainly a great experience full
of unforgettable joyful moments.
To add to God’s kindness, we
were blessed with a two-day
retreat in Rayfoun, on October
23 and 24. Separated from the
world’s chaos and overload, we
obeyed Jesus’ command: “Come
with me by yourselves to a quiet
place and get some rest.” (Mark
6:30) We
enjoyed
fellowship
together, shared
ideas, benefited
from hours of
worship and
personal quiet
times, not to
mention the
five-hour practice! We learned
more about worship, and how it
should be defined as the lifestyle
of a Jesus’ disciple. We also
learned some technical and
musical tips from a very well-
known worship leader and
musician, Paul Baloche, and
tried to apply them to our
practice.
The Lighthouse band also
shared the joy of worship and
praise with teens in the Baptist
Teens camp organized by the
Baptist Children and Youth
Ministry (BCYM) on July 28. We
also led worship in the Churches
of God summer camp in
Theopolis on August 13.
On another occasion, the
Lighthouse band members led
worship at the Arab Baptist
Theological Seminary (ABTS) in
Mansourieh. Nothing is more
motivating than people’s looks
 and smiles reflecting the power
of the Holy Spirit to move the
hearts and direct them toward
glorifying Jesus‘ name.
In addition to that, some of the
band members led worship in
the United Brothers camp, a
Christian sports team, in Don
Sandra Hajj - vocal Bosco, Jbeil. This time, lively
youth, full of energy and passion
were all set to declare the Lord’s
name and sing gladly.

to worship Him in spirit and
truth.
We surely appreciate to be lifted
up in prayers believing
wholeheartedly that the Lord
will fill our needs in His time:

sound system of our own.
