INTRODUCTION
The Villa Agreda Residents Association is a group of independent and
enterprising individuals of Barangay Santo Nino, Koronadal, South Cotabato who are
physically fit and interested to undertake and managed a sustainable micro-enterprise
businesses to augment family income and become a contributing factor in the
development of our country.
To attain this goal, we members of SKA are proposing to participate in the SelfEmployment Assistance Kaunlaran Program of the Department of Social Welfare and
Development and avail of the capital seed fund.
The association is composed of 5 groups of five members each group. Each
group has elected its own Chairman and Secretary/Treasurer. From among the Group
Chairmen and Group Secretary/Treasurer, the members have elected the SKA President
and Treasurer.

III.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The association will serve as a conduit of the SEA-K Program. The association
will use the capital seed fund to provide credit assistance to the members for their
individual micro-enterprises. The type of individual projects and cost that are to be
funded by the association out of the capital seed fund assistance are indicated in the
Members Project Summary. (Separate sheet)

IV.

SAVING MOBILIZATION
To ensure that funds are available in the course of managing or individual
income generating projects until its full return to DSWD, we are setting up a savings
mobilization fund as follows:

XI. RECOMMENDATION
I attest that TRIBU BLAAN SEA-K Association prepared this project proposal with my
assistance. I have assisted the group members by explaining to them the reason for
every step of the decision making process and have helped them verify the information
indicated in it.

VI.

RELEASE and ROLLBACK OF CAPITAL SEED FUND


Initially, the capital seed fund shall be released in two (2) tranches. First tranch
will be for the regular members. Four weeks after, the second tranch will be released for
the Chairmen and Secretaries. The 2nd release shall depend on the full compliance of the
officers group mates to our policies.
Also, we commit to fully return the capital seed fund within two year/s by
remitting Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-eight Pesos and 33/100 Only Php
(8,958.33.00) per month to the Regional DSWD SEA Revolving and Settlement Fund
(RSF) as Per agreed rollback schedule through LBP Clearing Account No. 07522220-02, Koronadal Roxas Branch, Koronadl City.
