PRIMEROS AUXILIOS:

Son los cuidados o la ayuda inmediata, temporal y

necesaria que se le da a una persona que ha sufrido un
accidente, enfermedad o agudizacin de esta hasta la
llegada de un mdico
Las obligaciones del primer respondiente son:
Tener el primer contacto con el lesionado.
Pedir ayuda porque no siempre se puede trabajar
adecuadamente solo.
Realizar la evaluacin primaria del paciente. (Revise)
Solicitar el apoyo de los cuerpos de emergencia
adecuados. (Llame)
Liberar la va area. (Atienda)
En caso necesario iniciar RCP (bsico).
Dar datos del padecimiento o atencin a los servicios
de Emergencia al llegar.
OBSTRUCCIN DE LA VA AREA.
Para PREVENIR este problema es importante:
No dar ni dejar a los nios jugar con objetos como
botones, semillas, globos o monedas.
No permitir que los nios jueguen cuando estn
comiendo.
No dar a los nios alimentos con cscara o huesos.
Evitar que los nios se duerman mientras estn
comiendo dulces o goma de mascar
HERIDAS Y HEMORRAGIAS
El TRATAMIENTO de una herida es el siguiente:
Retirar la ropa que cubre la herida
Utilizar guantes de ltex, para evitar el contagio de
alguna enfermedad as como contaminar la herida.
- Se aplica yodo para evitar infecciones.
Se cubre la herida con un gasa.
QUEMADURAS
El TRATAMIENTO general es:
Tranquilizar al paciente.
Remover la ropa que no este pegada.
Irrigar con agua limpia abundante para enfriar la
quemadura.
Cubrir la herida con algn apsito estril hmedo
retirando el exceso de agua.
Cubrir este apsito con un lienzo limpio y seco.
Prevenir hipotermia manteniendo en un ambiente tibio.
