image from a slow moving bureaucratic economy to a land of innovative entrepreneurs.
The IT sector in India is generating 2.5 million direct employments. India is now one of the
biggest IT capitals of the modern world and all the major players in the world IT sector are

services and business process outsourcing (BPO). The sector has increased its contribution to
India's GDP from 1.2% in 1998 to 7.5% in 2012.[1] According to NASSCOM, the sector

and domestic at US$48 billion, growing by over 13%.[1] India's prime minister Narendra Modi
has started 'Digital India' project to give IT a secured position inside & outside India.

(W.B) is the current home of the company and according to the plans is expected to expand to
branch offices with in four years.

asansol railway station our office is going to be establish opposite of Hotel Asansol Internation
Inn. When the company will reach its finished point, ASA will have branch offices in Durgapur
as well in Kolkata.
The company will maintain high degree of professionalism. Our offices will be
equipped with the latest in business technology, such as telephone system, well functioning
computers, 24 hour running server, fax machine, printers, duplicators and facility of video
conference.

3.4 Sales Strategy
After getting a order all details and requirement of the client will be asked very clearly and we
will ask for a advance from the client for security purpose then we will develop the software
according to the need of the client. After completation of the project it will be tested and checked
properly that it is functioning properly or not then it will delivered through Compact Disk (CD)
to client after final payment. To ensure the client is being served as they deem follow-up phone
call, email will be made.

The primary employee is the founder, Abhijit Paul who contracts with various client through emailing, video conferencing, telephone, and direct visit to the clients. Then to develop the
software according to the need of the customer we divide the project in various part and each
part is develop by separate engineer. As an example like database administrator will develop
database and the design will done by software designer.
When ASA Information Technology will reaches its expansion goal, in each branch there will
be separate software engineer will be recruited and there will be separate manager who will
supervise them and contact to the clients.
