HISTORY
MIT School Of Government is the first
institute of its kind to initiate a Leadership
Program on Politics & various facets of
Government in June 2005.
Inaugurated at the hands of then Vice

The career prospects for the students who graduate from MIT School of
Government are excellent i) Students of this course can look forward to work with leading political
leaders, social leaders and various government bodies as Functional
Advisors, Strategists and Policy Makers. As back office executives in Political
Parties. As Political Analysts & Election Consultants etc.
ii) Students interested in actively pursuing politics, for them the course is
an eye opener as we are exposing them to all the facets of government &
nuances of politics in India as well as providing them with the much-needed
global exposure.
iii) Several leading corporate houses having social wings are interested in
recruiting people with this kind of exposure. A career in NGOs as Consultant
or at the Advisory level is also a very good option.

COURSE FEE
The Program Fee comprises of two components COURSE FEE (mandatory) and OPTIONAL
COURSE FEE:
Rs. 2,50,000/- Payable in 2 installments (it includes cost of field visits, National Study Tour,
Course material & laptop offered by the institute). The selected Applicants for MPG-12 need
to pay the first installment of course fee i.e. Rs. 1,00,000/- to be paid as informed to the
candidate. (Rs. 25000/- non-refundable in case of withdrawal of admission on or before July
31, 2016)
OPTIONAL:
2-WEEK INTERNATIONAL STUDY TOUR fee will be charged on actual basis.
HOSTEL FEE Rs.30,000/- per participant on sharing basis (inclusive of Boarding charges
only). Facilities available till the commencement of the International Study Tour.
