"Frequent hand washing does not mean you have to do it right. So what exactly is proper
handwashing it?"

HOW GOOD HAND WASHING AND RIGHT: WHY, WHEN & HOW?
Do you know? At least 80% of infectious diseases that are transmitted through touch. CDC
research agency, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported 49,000 deaths caused
by the flu each year or flu-like disease and 5,000 people died because of diseases spread
through food.
From the facts and the data it can be concluded that the protection and the best prevention is
to wash your hands properly and appropriately. Frequent hand washing does not mean you've
done everything correctly. So how exactly is proper handwashing it? When, Why and How?
Let us examine more deeply.
In general, flu and colds are caused by viruses, is spread through direct contact. Someone who
has the flu when sneezing and close with both hands and then touches the telephone, the
keyboard and drinks. Germs can settle down and live a few hours in the touched objects to
spread to others. Therefore, the role of hand washing for prevention and spread of the disease
is important.

Before and after treating wounds
Before and after touching a sick or injured person

If you already know at any time we should wash their hands, we have to know how to wash
hands properly in order to prevent disease through handwashing.
Wash hands seven steps is a way to clean hands according to the procedure which was to kill
the germs that cause disease. By washing your hands with soap before eating or before
starting the job, will keep your body's health and prevent disease spread through germs that
stick in hand. How to measure proper hand washing?

Understanding the 7 step hand-washing is an ordinance of washing hands with soap to clean
the finger, palms and backs of the hands of all dirt, germs and bad bacteria that cause disease.
How to Wash Hands with Soap 7 Steps to a Good and True?
1. Moisten both hands as high as the mid-arm wear flowing water, grab the soap and then
