ADMINISTRATORS - a person whose job is to manage a company, school, or other organization. AUTOMATED SYSTEM - or automatic control, is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, and other applications with minimal or reduced human intervention. COMPUTERIZATION - to control, perform, process, or store (a system, operation, or information) by means of or in an electronic computer or computers. DESIGN - purpose, planning, or intention that exists or is thought to exist behind an action, fact, or material object. DEVELOPERS - a programmer who specializes in, or is specifically engaged in, the development of World Wide Web applications. ENROLLMENT- the number of people enrolled, typically at a school or college. HUMAN ERRORS - means that something has been done that was "not intended by the actor; not desired by a set of rules or an external observer; or that led the task or system outside its acceptable limits". In short, it is a deviation from intention, expectation or desirability. INFORMATION - data that is accurate and timely, specific and organized for a purpose, presented within a context that gives it meaning and relevance, and can lead to an increase in understanding and decrease in uncertainty. INTERVIEW - is a conversation where questions are asked and answers are given. MANUAL SYSTEM - controlled or manipulated by a human operator. PAYMENTS - is the transfer of an item of value from one party (such as a person or company) to another in exchange for the provision of goods, services or both, or to fulfill a legal obligation. PROTOTYPE - is an early sample, model, or release of a product built to test a concept or process or to act as a thing to be replicated or learned from. REGISTRATION - the action or process of registering or of being registered. RESEARCHER - is someone who conducts research.
SECURITY - is the degree of resistance to, or protection from, harm. It applies to
any vulnerable and valuable asset, such as a person, dwelling, community, item, nation, or organization. SYSTEM - a set of principles or procedures according to which something is done; an organized scheme or method. SURVEY METHODOLOGY - studies the sampling of individual units from a population and the associated survey data collection techniques, such as questionnaire construction and methods for improving the number and accuracy of responses to surveys. TECHNOLOGY - is the collection of techniques, skills, methods and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation. USERS - a person or software using an information system.
