Responsibilities:
• Performed 10+ Cognos installs from the ground up, including configuration, custom framework
modeling in various environments.
• Completed 4 Cognos Upgrade projects, migrating from Report Net to Cognos 8
• Managed in-house client resources to ensure project deliverables and timelines were being met

The water provider for the city of Las Vegas, NV, created a new start up operation/venue focused on
conservation: the Springs Preserve – www.springspreserve.org.
Responsibilities:
• Supported enterprise level operations at Las Vegas Springs Preserve; implementing the front
entrance ticketing, Retail applications, including various sales, inventory, Sales & Marketing and fund
raising
• Responsible for detailed across project plans for all in-house applications, including upgrades and
new software implementations.
• Project Management duties included managing vendor resources and deliverables to ensure project
success.
• Provided efficient support such collection management applications as Ke Emu, providing consistent
quality assurance and upgrades, as well as collaborating with vendor to support end user
• Supported fundraising application Blackbaud and its modules to optimize end user productivity, as
well as Omni ticketing application to create 5 custom-built ticketing kiosks
• Implemented Sage Software ACT! 2007 for Workgroups within 2 months, serving as project manager,

Non-profit organization which owns and operates the renowned San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinated all IT organization operations, including vendor negotiations, software selection, project
management, and in-house hardware acquisition and software development
• Directed a team of 15 consisting of IT programmers, operations staff and data entry professionals
