The Jugendgästehaus is offering us bedrooms with either four, five, six or eight beds. We book the rooms according to the incoming wire transfers. The earlier
you apply for the festival and pay the respective fee, the higher your chance will be to get booked in a room with fewer beds.

The small print
Receipt of both the wire transfer and the application together are necessary to make your application valid. Only once we have received
both you are officially registered!!! We will allocate the workshop seats and rooms according to the receipt of the valid applications
(wire transfer AND application form!).

Cancelling your application without any penalty (minus an administrative fee of 10 Euros) is only possible until August 31rd, 2010 after that
deadline you must provide a substitute participant or we must be able to fill your position with people from our waiting list.
The admission fee includes accommodation and meals at the Jugendgästehaus (Drinks outside the meals are not included. For those
participants who don't need accommodation we have included dinner on Friday evening and lunch and dinner at the Jugendgästehaus on
Saturday. There will be snacks available during arrival and departure.), participation in the workshop and free entrance to some selected
performances of the festival (to be announced).

Your application confirmation, directions and the program will be sent to you via email upon your successful application. Further information
