With innovative technique
and superior effect, SACs
new vacuum pump is ideal
for long and faithful service
with the milk producers.
The new SACCO 2750 is the
largest oil lubricated vacuum
pump in the SAC program.
The second largest pump
has around half the capacity
of the 2750 litres air supplied
by this new pump.
Thus SACCO 2750 has no
problem supplying the vacuum capacity needed for a 2 x
17 place milking parlour.
To many producers this
means that the pump can
supply the extra capacity

needed to ensure constant

and economic operation of
the milking parlour.
In addition many large farms
can benefit from a reduction
in the number of vacuum
pumps , thus making both
operation and maintenance
more economic.
Fast inexpensive maintenance
Service and inspection has
been high on the agenda
during the development of this
new pump. Vacuum pumps
must be serviced once a year
if they are to maintain their
vacuum capacity.

SACCO 2750 has a newly

developed inspection hatch,
from which the technician can
remove the discs, inspect
them and if necessary replace
them.
With the inspection hatch the
service technician can often
avoid taking the pump apart
during the service visit. This
saves both time and money.
2 x lifetime
A vacuum pump typically
runs for many hours every
day, thus the total lifetime of
the pump is an important part
of the operating economy.
Wear of the stator is often the
direct cause for replacement
of a vacuum pump.

The adjustable stator increases the overall lifetime to at

least twice that of other vacuum pumps.
Power saving operation
The SACCO 2750 pumps
large capacity can be controlled effectively with the accurate SAC frequency regulation
To milk producers who want
to make optimal use of the
pumps capacity with minimum power consumption, it
is a great advantage to use
SACs frequency regulation,
which regulates the operation
of the vacuum pump exactly
according to the actual vacuum need created by the number of milk clusters in use.
This helps reduce power
consumption to approximately half, and prolong the lifetime of the pump as it operates at a significantly lower
number of revolutions.

The SACCO 2750 can be fitted with an oil remover on the

exhaust pipe. The oil remover collects 90% of the oil in
a container, which can hold
18 litres.

Replacement of the discs is done through the inspection hatch.

be reset in order for the
pump to be sealed and have
maximum effect.
