Board reach agreement ensuring work
rules, policies are current
LANSING, MI Sparrow is always committed to treating all Caregivers with
dignity, courtesy and respect.
We are dedicated to ensuring Caregiver workplace rules and policies are in
compliance as new interpretations of laws are implemented.
As such, Sparrow has reached an agreement with the National Labor Relations
Board (NLRB) ensuring Caregiver workplace rules and policies are current. The NLRB
is a federal government agency that upholds the National Labor Relations Act
(NLRA).
We have reviewed and updated our Caregiver workplace rules and policies to
ensure that vague, ambiguous or objectionable provisions were eliminated.
