presence of marlluana in our local laboratory; and subsequently confirm ed positlve by A lere,

Violation ofM andato Condition,by unlawfully possessiny orusing acqntrolled substance. On

M arch 21,2016,the de endantsubm itted a urine specimen w hlch tested posltive forthe presence of
cocainein ourlocallaboratory.Testresultsarepending confirmation.How ever,thedefendantadm itted
to the use ofcocaine and signed an A dm ission Report.

OnFebryary 8,22and29,2016,thedefendantsubmittedurinespecimenslhichtestedpositiveforthe
presenceofmariluanainourlocallaboratory;andweresubjequentlycoqfirmedposltlvebyAlere,lncomorated.
OnFebruary29,2016,thedefendaqtreportedtotheprobatlpn oftkeqslnstructedaydhewasconflontqdabout

extractedfrom themarljuanqplant.HelndicatedheobtalnedtheCBD Jnalocaltobaccostore,andassumedlt
wasacceptabletoqsesinceltwassoldatatobaccojtore.Whenquestloned,herepogedlyt'esortedtotheuse
ofCBD,ysacoqlngmechanism tg reducehisanxlqty and stresslevels.Hjexglalned h1sqnemployment,
relationshlp coqfllctswith anex-glrlfriqndandpendlng matterswith civillttigatlon ledtoh?srelapse.The

efendantwaslnformedthatCBD contalnssmalllevels(?fTetrahydrocannablnol(THq),andlsnotcurrently
legalizedin theStateofFlorida.Hewasverbally admonlshed and instructed to discontlnueujing any further
CBD products.Furthermore,duringthelneeting,!hedefendantappearedrqmorsefulandapologlzedforhisnoncompliantbehavior.Bothverbaljndwqlttenqeprlmandswerelssuedbythlsofficertothedefendantandhewas
placedonanextlnded 30dayurlnylyslstestlngsanction.ThlsoffkerslaffedJhedefendant'scasewithdrug
treatmentspeciallstEvelyn M esa-oledaand sheassessqd thedefendantlsnotln nged ofdrugtreatment.The
defendantwasmadeawareofthefactthatcontinued illicltsubstanceusem ay resultln hisparticipation in a drug
treatmentprogram Ora possiblecourtappearance.

ofcocainelnourlocallabgrytory.OnM arch,23,2016,thlsofficerstaffedthedefendant'sqaseforasecondtlme

withdrugtreatmentspeclallstEvelynMesa-ojeda,andsheassessedthgdefendanttobelnneedofoutpatlent
substancetreatment.Thedgfeqdantindicatedherecently contactedallcensedsubstaneabusecounselorand
