FREE GEOSPATIAL EDUCATIONAL


CAMPUS-WIDE GRANT

The Hexagon Geospatial Education Program offers


universities an educational campus-wide grant of
up to 500 licenses. With numerous licenses of both
GeoMedia Essentials and IMAGINE Essentials,
Hexagon Geospatial provides universities a
complementary, unique and robust package that other
geospatial software companies cannot match.

Free Student Licenses with Grant Program. The


Geospatial Educational Campus-wide Grant program
allows students to obtain free software licenses
for use in the comfort of their own home. Student
licenses must be administered by the university and
are available at no additional cost in quantities of 100
seats. With this package, students can benefit from a
52-week offering of GeoMedia Essentials or IMAGINE
Essentials along with online tutorials. These licenses
are offered on an annual basis only, and do not include
maintenance support.

GEOSPATIAL EDUCATIONAL DESKTOP
CORE PROGRAM

The Geospatial Educational Desktop Core program allows


students to obtain free software licenses for use in the
comfort of their own home. Student licenses must be
administered by the university and are available at no
additional cost in quantities of 25 seats per Core license
purchased (125 for 5-seat Level 1 and 375 for 15-seat Level
2). With this package, students can benefit from a 52-week
offering of GeoMedia Professional or IMAGINE Professional,
free of charge, along with online tutorials. These licenses
are offered on an annual basis only, and do not include addons or maintenance support.

GEOSPATIAL EDUCATIONAL
SERVER LICENSE

The Geospatial Educational Server License includes


a package to manage all of your geospatial network
resources. With this offering, students and educators can
organize, store, send, and process geospatial data ondemand through a reliable system. You can purchase this
package on an annual or permanent basis, and it includes
software licenses of the following core products:

GeoMedia WebMap Professional


From easily creating web map applications, to providing
sophisticated, web-based visualization and analysis
that enables manipulation of your enterprises valuable
geographic information, GeoMedia WebMap complements a
broad range of customers.

ERDAS APOLLO Professional


ERDAS APOLLO is a comprehensive data management,
analysis, and delivery system. It is an interoperable OGC/
ISO-based solution that efficiently organizes massive
volumes of data, including imagery, vectors, terrain,
LiDAR, web services, and virtually any digital object in the
enterprise GeoMedia Smart Client Professional.

Geospatial Portal
GeosFrom easily creating web map applications, to
providing sophisticated, web-based visualization and
analysis that enables manipulation of your enterprises
valuable geographic information, GeoMedia WebMap
complements a broad range of customers.

GeoMedia Smart Client Professional


GeoMedia Smart Client makes your organization progressive,
enabling all users to seamlessly integrate geographic changes
into configurable workflows. Your end users will be able to
leverage advanced geospatial functionality via simple-to-use
map-based tools, streamlining their processes and honing
their expertise.

Geospatial SDI

Permanent Subscription Support

Geospatial SDI is for providers that need to manage and


serve secure or licensed information using standardsbased web services. Geospatial SDI offers an extensive
set of web services, extending those offered in GeoMedia
WebMap and ERDAS APOLLO for SDI implementations.

Permanent licenses include maintenance support for


the first subscribed year, with the option to purchase
additional maintenance for subsequent years.

Additionally, youll have access to all the latest updates
of your software products covered under your active
agreement, as well as around-the-clock access to our
problem knowledge base our online self-help tool.

MAINTENANCE
Annual Subscription Support
For annual license subscriptions, support is available to help
debug or answer any of your questions regarding Hexagon
Geospatial software operations. We offer phone support
consultations through two points of contact, Monday through
Friday during our local office support hours listed at Support.
Annual subscription maintenance does not provide support
for the free student licenses. New in 2015, annual subscription
maintenance does provide new-version upgrades to your current
software licenses.
