MY TRIP PLAN TO EXPLORE LOMBOK ISLAND

Lombok is one of most favorite tourism destination in Indonesia for traveler or

backpacker in the world, its because Lombok is an island give the visitor a great and
beautiful view likely beaches, mountain, waterfall, gili and soon that must we visit. Not only
their panorama but their culture also wonderful. Like an Hinduism people we also can doing
religi touring in this island because Lombok has many temple that must we visit. And then I
choose Lombok because the location is still be in Indonesia, so I dont worry about a
passport, visa, and exchange rate, its can be more easier to me. Because this reason if I have
IDR 10.000.000 of money I can choose to visiting and explore Lombok island. If I doing this
activities, I can called doing tourism, because based on the definition tourism is travel for
pleasure, also the theory and practice of touring, the business of attracting, accommodating,
and entertaining tourists, and the business of operating tours. Tourism may be international,
or within the traveler's country. So because Im doing a journey from Bali to Lombok I can
called doing tourism.
Before I visit Lombok island I must prepare all of I need, likely transportation to go to
the Lombok from Bali, in what Hotel must I stay when Im in Lombok, what place must I
visit when Im there, and soon. Its must prepare in detail. The first I make a list of what
activities want Im doing when visiting Lombok, likely :

City touring
Water touring
Culture touring
Religi touring

Food touring
Historical touring
Etc.

And then from this list I can know for many days I can stay in there. I take a decision
to stay in Lombok for 4 days 3 night. This day I used to explore the wonderful of
Lombok.

After that I think by what transportation must I used to go to the Lombok.

From Bali I have 2 choice. First by Fery ship and second by flight. Because I always feel
seasick when I doing sea journey and its take more long time so I choose the second choice
that is by flight and choose Garuda Indonesia airlines. I choose Garuda Indonesia airlines for
my flights from Denpasar Bali to Lombok and vice versa, because its ministry is not in
doubt, and the best in Indonesia. To get the ticket of flights I use the traveloka application,
because this application give me a benefit likely the ticket more cheaper than the website or
other application and this application was simply to use for the beginner like me.

After I choose the transportation, I choose the place for I stay when Im in

Lombok. Still same with choosen the ticket flights, Im use traveloka application to choose
hotel because the same reason. Before I choose Hotel, we must know what is hotel. Hotel is
the place that manage as commercial that give accommodation and services such as foods and
drinks services, room services, and others for the people who want to enjoy the facilities in
hotel. Based on the list and type of hotel in Lombok I choose Kila Senggigi Beach Lombok
bungalow garden four star hotel. This type hotel is a beach hotel, there is a sort hotel
located on the waterfront. Intended for guess who want to enjoy the cool atmosphere of the
beach with luxury and side rooms overlooking the sea, has a water recreation facilities, have
the equipment and have support facilities for guests who want to relax.

. I choose this hotel because the location is strategic, and the hotel close to

Selaparang Airport, which is only 9.18 km. The hotel is quite easy to reach because it is
adjacent to public facilities. Also according to the opinion of the visitors, the facilities offered
is complete and the service is very friendly so it makes customers feel very satisfied when
choosing this hotel as a place to rest while in Lombok. Hotel located in the Senggigi area is
located close to the beach which makes the visitors can take a walk while filling his vacation
while in Lombok. From this reason, its make me to choose this hotel.

For the place that must I visit when in Lombok Im choose the touring

package that served by travel agent Lombok Tour Plus, I choose this travel agent because
based on testimonial from their customer, their servicing is nice and very friendly. Beside of
that the tariff of their packaging is reasonable with the service they served. This package
include a car with BBM, driver, lunch and dinner, soft drink, cold towel, ticketing to enter the

object tourism, parking and donation for object tourism, and charter for the ship, and pay the
guide.

At the first day, after me arrived in Lombok, I'll go to the hotel for check in

and then I want to enjoy the facilities in hotel likely spa and if was finished Ill go to the
Senggigi beach near with hotel for enjoy the panorama in a while take a dinner.

At the second day in Lombok, Im start the travel by follow the touring

package that served by Lombok Tour Plus I choose. In this day I choose Gili Trawangan
package, and visiting many place in Lombok likely Hutan Wisata Baun Pusuk, Pelabuhan
Teluk Nare, Gili Trawangan,and Bukit Malimbu. In Hutan Wisata Baun Pusuk we can give
feed to the monkeys in there, and then in Gili Trawangan we can do snorkeling and glass
bottom, and in Bukit Malimbu I can enjoy the sunset.

At the third day, Im still choose touring package , that is Pink Beach and

Tanjung Ringgit Package. In this day, I can also visit many place in Lombok likely Sand
Island, Pink Beach, and Tanjung Ringgit. In Sand island I can enjoy the panorama and meet
with many birds in there. And then in the Pink Beach, I can see the beautiful view because the
colour of sands in this beach is pink, its a different situation that always I see if visit other
beach. In this beach I also can enjoy the cave heritage by japan. And for Tanjung Ringgit, I
can also enjoy the cave and cliff. So in this day between I enjoy the natural panorama I also
enjoy the historical touring.

In the last day, before I check out from hotel that I use to stay when Im in

Lombok, Im still choose touring package, that is Mataram City Package. In this day, I can
visit Pura Lingsar, Candi Narmada, and shopping in souvenir shop. In Pura Lingsar and
Candi Narmada I can praying, because this place is the temple for Hinduism.

After Im finish do the touring, and then I delivered in to the airport and go

back to Denpasar Bali. Ok I think thats all of my trip plan in Lombok if I have IDR
10.000.000 of money. Im feel this journey will be fun and unforgettable holiday if its will be
realized.
