Course Description: Life and Works of Jose Rizal

Objectives: at the end of this course the students will:
1. be knowledgeable of the important events in history that relates to the life of Jose Rizal
2. be familiar with his works and the various perspectives on them.
3. be able to imbibe the values and the learnings that can be gleaned from his life and works such as nationalism, social
responsibility and intellectual rigor.
