No plaiting Jackets very optional. Pony club and tidy attire accepted. This is designed
as a low level outing day
3 point helmets to be worn at all times when mounted
Stock and western turnout accepted in all classes
No combination may compete in this show if they have had more than 3 champion or
reserve champions at any show with the exception being if they have not entered in
any show in the last 2 years.
Green Horse/Pony - not to have had three first placings at any show- No Cantering
The organizing committee reserves the right to combine, alter or delete any classes or
ring. Competitors will be notified of any class/ring changes.
Classes maybe split dependent on entries
Running times are guidelines only
Please be ready at your ring at least 5 minutes before start time. The classes must run
at a timely manner
Your full honesty is expected for entering the correct classes. The committee reserves
the right to move entries if they believe you have entered in the incorrect class.
Stallions must be clearly marks with RED S symbol on the bridle and a RED S armband
on the handler/rider
Judges decision is final, no protest will be entered into
All competitors ride at their own risk
No responsibility taken for lost or stolen or damage to any personal property
Neither the organizers nor any persons acting on their behalf accept liability for any
loss, damage accident, injury or illnesses to ponies, horses and riders or other person
or property what so ever
Catalogues will not be printed, schedule will be posted on South Island Premier Show
Facebook page or can be emailed to you if requested
Any competitor found mistreating a horse/pony will be eliminated.
Only horses or ponies entered shall be permitted on the grounds without prior approval
from the organizing committee (a ground fee may be payable in this case). This
includes paddock mates tied to the float.
Refunds as this is a fundraiser show there will be no refunds however substitutions are
allowed.
Entries will only be accepted if received on a signed official entry form, together with
the correct entry fees.
Will be held wet or fine no postponement date.
This is a fundraiser show for the South Island Premier Show. All proceeds go to the
running of this event,.
Champion and Reserve will be judged from the winners of each class at the
conclusion of each section.
