inmind,Ivecreatedaparodysongdesignedtobeenticingenoughtobewatched,yet
informativeenoughtomakeadifferenceinthelivesofsufferers.
Sleepdeprivationisasnowballeffect,continuingtogetworsethelongeryoustay
awake(Sleepio).Somebrainfunctions,includingmemoryandcognitivespeed,beginto

underlessthanperfectconditions.
Becausesleepissoimportant,peoplehavetotreatitassuch,andsleepsmart.WhatI
meanbythisis,howandwhenyousleepcanbeasimportantashowlongyousleep.Thereisan
enduringfallacythatnappingisbadforyou,andthatnappingwillmakeithardforyoutosleep
