I. Proper Presentation of your Academic Work (Spelling, Format, and Writing).
Esta parte del trabajo acadmico no es para ser desarrollada, sino para
recordarle que su redaccin debe ser la apropiada. No emplee letras
maysculas para todos sus textos (slo donde sea necesario) y revise bien la
gramtica inglesa para evitar cometer errores.

II. Write a 150 word paragraph about Personality. USE PRESENT TENSES:
SIMPLE PRESENT with BE, SIMPLE PRESENT with ACTION VERBS and
PRESENT PROGRESSIVE.

Personality is the set of physical, genetic and social characteristics that a


person has and that make it different and unique from the rest of others.
Personality is a set of characteristics or patterns that define a person, that is,
thoughts, feelings, attitudes, habits and behavior of each individual in a very
particular way cause people are different from others.
Thus we see that personality is the sum total of behavior patterns and potential
of the organism determined by heredity and social environment; it originates
and develops through the functional interaction of four main factors, among
which are organized these patterns: the cognitive area (intelligence), the

conativo industry (character), affective industry (temperament) and somatic


sector.
The personality of my friend (example)
Ada Laura Carrasco is one of my best friends, studying anthropology at the
National University of the Altiplano in Puno, you like to read many books on law
and political science, every week, namely Friday going to the library to find case
his personality is a young intellectual, a little rebellious. He is a man who
participates in social groups, and have a taste for participating in politics.

III. Pretend you are talking to an abandoned girl and write an 8 line dialogue
by using PAST TENSES: SIMPLE PAST TENSE with BE and ACTION
VERBS, AND PAST PERFECT TENSE.
A: I dont know where I am ,can you help me to get my home, please?
B: yes of course, where have you been or do you know how can we get to your
home?
A: Ive lost my mother
B: come on , I was eating cookies take it
A: thank you
B: did you know how did you get here?
A: no, I didnt. Just I was walking with my mother and I got away her

IV. Look at the example and write sentences by using First Conditional with
the Future Tense (inserta figuras para cada oracin). You have to consider this
topic: Depression.

EXAMPLE: If you stay home, you will feel depressed.

VII. Write sentences about people with Mental Disorders. Use REPORTED
SPEECH and THE PASSIVE VOICE.

1. A person with mental disorder has a lot of problems

3.People with anxiety disorders respond to certain objects or situations with fear
and terror, as well as with physical signs of anxiety or nervousness, sweating
and increased heart rate.
4. An anxiety disorder is diagnosed if the person responds inappropriately to a
situation, if the person can not control the response or if the anxiety interferes
with the normal functioning of their daily lives.
5.Anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress
the disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety
disorder and some specific phobias.
6.These disorders, also called affective disorders involve persistent feelings of
sadness or periods with overflowing joy and happiness to extreme fluctuations
utter sadness.
The disorders of mood are common depression and bipolar disorder.
