customers at branded outlets. Seating arrangements are minimum almost all customers take
away their orders for consumption at home / office / parties, etc.
The company website takes COD orders directly for home deliveries. These orders are allotted
to the nearest outlet for fulfilment by a couple of callers sitting in the corporate office. Delivery
boys on bikes deliver these orders and handle the payment collection too.
Currently, there are 31 outlets spread all over Mumbai served by a central kitchen. Raw
material for central kitchen is purchased directly by the business owners. An inventory of raw
material is maintained but often, items are in short supply and emergency purchases are
made to keep the kitchen rolling. Wastage of perishable items is also seen.
The kitchen hands over the cooked food components to the dispatch group which is responsible
for distribution. They load the food components in crates and load the crates on trucks.

Presently, the company enjoys good market response and there are plans to open 400 outlets
all over the country

global scale with a view of taking Indian food to the world.
