Claims:
1. Claim of value; when he draws Obama getting the noble peace prize,
he is representing that him getting with almost not actually
accomplishing something is wrong
2. Claim of fact; Mr. Obama becomes the third sitting U.S. President to receive
the prize. This is a claim that is proven, its a fact
3. Claim of policy;
many people will point out that, while the President has
indeed promised to reset relations with Russia and offer a fresh start to
relations with the Muslim world, there is little so far to show for his fine words.

Evidence:
1. First hand: it was clearly seen by the Norwegian Nobel Committee as a way of
expressing European gratitude for an end to the Bush Administration,
approval for the election of Americas first black president and hope that
Washington will honor its promise to re-engage with the world. He has
conducted this opinion out of his own reasoning of evidence
2. Second hand: The pretext for the prize was Mr. Obamas decision to
strengthen international diplomacy and co-operation between peoples.

Shaping the Argument:
Classical: He opens his argument with the general statements of the fact that
Obama won the peace prize, a controversial subject he addresses, then he
goes into the background information of peace prizes and some factual info
to back that information up, when help shape the argument he is making.
Next, he proves these points that Obama didnt really deserve it by asserting
the other winners of the prize that deserved it more, with evidence and facts.
Therefore, he is able to refute any opposition to this opinion with
counterarguments such as others who have won it for almost the same
reasons, but, according to him, not quite. Finally, he is able to sum up his
