INFORME DEL SERVICIO DE SUPERVISIN

WORLD SURVEY SERVICES PER S.A.C., actuando como agente de GOLDEN OMEGA S.A.,
de Arica - CHILE y de acuerdo a las instrucciones dispuestas, ha procedido a realizar la
supervisin del Trasiego de 3 PLANTAS EXALMAR (CHICAMA, HUACHO y TAMBO DE MORA) y la
supervisin del Consolidado en ALMACEN UNIMAR CALLAO.
Esta supervisin implica las actividades de muestreo, control de peso, precintado y anlisis de
una partida neta de 436.88 TM de ACEITE DE PESCADO CRUDO CON OMEGA 3,
consolidado en VEINTE (20) FLEXITANKS/CONTENEDORES; tal como se detalla a

2.1 INSPECCIN DEL REGIMEN DE LIMPIEZA Y DESINFECCIN DE UNIDADES

CISTERNAS (PLANTAS EXAMAR: CHICAMA / HUACHO / TAMBO DE MORA)
Como etapa previa al llenado de las cisternas; los Inspectores Comisionados WSS PERU
S.A.C. procedieron a verificar in situ, las condiciones de limpieza de las unidades cisternas
asignadas para el trasiego; determinndose su limpieza y libres de restos de materias
extraas y/o cargas anteriores.
Adems se ha verificado los registros de las tres ltimas cargas que evidencian la aplicacin
de un rgimen de limpieza y desinfeccin de las unidades cisternas, en el marco de los
lineamientos de GLOBAL GAP.

Previamente a la operacin de trasiego, se ha verificado el precintado definitivo en las
vlvulas de despacho, realizado por WSS PERU S.A.C.

2.2.1 PLANTA EXALMAR / CHICAMA TANQUE N 2

Muestreo realizado el da 18/01/2016.
Durante el da 27/04/2016, se ha realizado el trasiego del TANQUE N 2

en 4 unidades

cisternas.

VERIFICACIN PRECINTADO VLVULAS PLANTA EXALMAR - CHICAMA / TANQUE N 2

Posteriormente, se ha procedido a romper los precintos del TANQUE N 2 PLANTA

EXALMAR - CHICAMA, para iniciar la fase de trasiego hacia las unidades cisternas

HALLAZGO: Previo al trasiego, WSS ha verificado que no se encuentran los precintos

colocados el 16/01/2016, solamente estn precintos de Surveyor Embacador: SGS. Segn
informa Embarcador, se han realizado despachos continuos desde Enero 2016; lo que ha sido
informado oportunamente a GOLDEN OMEGA.
Posteriormente, se ha procedido a romper los precintos de los TANQUES N 2 y 8 PLANTA
EXALMAR - HUACHO, para iniciar la fase de trasiego hacia las unidades cisternas asignadas,
las mismas que transportaron el producto hacia ALMACEN UNIMAR - CALLAO; lugar donde
se ha realizado el consolidado.
2.2.3 PLANTA EXALMAR / TAMBO DE MORA TANQUE N 3
Muestreo realizado el da 18/01/2016.
Durante el da 27/04/2016, se ha realizado el trasiego del TANQUES N 3 en 6 unidades

que contienen ACEITE DE PESCADO CRUDO CON OMEGA 3 y distribuirlo en veinte
(20x20) flexitanks/contenedores, supervisin que ha demandado 02 das (28-29/04/2016) de
actividades y determinado un procedimiento en diversas etapas:

3.1 INSPECCIN DE FLEXITANKS/CONTENEDORES

Previo al embarque y en ALMACN UNIMAR CALLAO, el da 28/04/2016, WSS ha
inspeccionado las condiciones de limpieza de cada uno de los veinte (20x20) contenedores y
dentro de los cuales se debe colocar el flexitank, verificndose la apertura y cierre de vlvula,
encontrndose aptos para embarque de ACEITE CRUDO DE PESCADO CON OMEGA 3,
procedente de las 3 PLANTAS EXALMAR (CHICAMA, HUACHO y TAMBO DE MORA).

WSS ha verificado los accesorios que contiene el flexitank, as como las condiciones de la
apertura y cierre de vlvula, detallndose lo siguiente:

01 bolsn de polietileno (flexitank)
01 Vlvula
Sistema de calentamiento a vapor, conocido comercialmente como heater, con el fin de
evitar cualquier problema de solidificacin del aceite en Puerto destino.
Material de contencin.

Los flexitanks/contenedores se encuentran aptos para embarque de ACEITE CRUDO DE

PESCADO CON OMEGA 3, procedente de las 3 PLANTAS EXALMAR (CHICAMA, HUACHO y
TAMBO DE MORA).

trasiego y trasvase de las unidades cisternas hacia los flexitanks/contenedores; acorde a
los criterios establecidos en la NORMA NTP ISO 5555 2014. ACEITES Y GRASAS DE
ORIGEN VEGETAL Y ANIMAL. MUESTREO.
Se ha procedido a realizar la toma de muestra / unidad cisterna. Adems, de acuerdo a los
lineamientos de la NORMA FOSFA se ha realizado la toma de muestra para cada
flexitank/contenedor.
