Step by Step Instructions:

1. Trace both sides of the bags (except scalloped edge) onto patterned paper and then use smart trimmer to cut
along the lines. Trim so that the piece is a little shorter than the popcorn bag. If desired, use a decorative click
blade and the freestyle trimmer to create a decorative edge along the top of the paper.

2. Ink the edges and then adhere to the bags with Helmar Premium Craft Clue.

3. If desired, trace a 2" circle into the front panel of the popcorn bag and cut out. Ink around the circle and then
adhere a 2 3/4" X 2 3/4" piece of transparency behind the opening using Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive.

4. Trim four 9" X 3/4" strips from patterned paper; adhere back to back so there are 2 strips. Ink the edges and
then adhere to the popcorn bag.

5. Stamp two frames onto patterned paper and cut out. Use rub-ons and handwriting to add sentiment. Punch a
hole in the top, string with fiber and then tie around a treat bag filled with goodies.
