Introduction
Each crew member must exhibit a willing enthusiasm to carry out his/her duties and responsibilities
efficiently to the best of his/her ability. All crew members are entitled to an explicit explanation as to what
his/her duties and responsibilities are and to whom he or she must report. This section will provide crew
members with information to that end.
If a crew member is in doubt he/she should ask his/her respective department head or the Captain. Within
the scope of his/her duties and responsibilities, reasonable orders and instructions must be carried out.
The following list summarizes the most important guidelines, policies and regulations described in the
handbook to which all crew members will be held accountable while employed on board the Motor Yacht
THE YACHT.

the problem.

Refrain from using negative language, comments or conversations; they will not be tolerated. If you do
not have anything good to say, then it is best to say nothing. If you have any issues take it to the Head of
Department or the Captain.

Note that it is viewed very poorly when individual crew members have the intent to or engage in Sexual

Please maintain a professional and friendly relationship only with your fellow crew members.

It is expected that all crew members will diligently adhere to all the Yachts policies.
