experienceandskillsrequiredforthatoccupation,youmustfirstknowwhatthose
requirementsanddutiesare.Withthisinformationuncovered,youcanthenmatch
theskillsyouhave(usingthecompleteskills/experienceinventoryyouhavejust
prepared)withtheskillsyouknowpeopleinthatoccupationalfieldneed.The
