BELLOWS VALVE
FUNCTION
V25 111 025, V25 111 040, V25 111 525, V25 111 540
The spindle is of a rotating rising type, and the cone is the closing element of the
valve. The valve should be opened slowly with a gradual stop in the lift position
that prevents hydraulic hammers and thermal shocks in the valve as well as in the
whole equipment.

ALTERNATIVES
V25 111 540.01
The spindle is of a rotating rising type, and the cone is the control element of the
valve. This is not considered as a closing element, and therefore another closing
element is usually installed upstream the flow, when a total closure tightness is
required. The area of passage in the valve seat is up to 60 % of the valve inlet
cross-section, when the valve is fully opened.
V25 111 525.02, V25 111 540.02
As a special execution there are manufactured models with the cone equipped with
a soft Teflon seat - V25 111 525.02 and V25 111 540.02.
V25 111 540.03
As a special execution there is produced this V25 111 540.03 model with control
plug and soft Teflon seat. The valve is not considered as a closing element, and
when a total tightness is required, there is usually installed another closing element
upstream the flow. The area of passage in the valve seat amounts to 60 % of the
valve inlet cross-section when the valve is fully opened.
V25 111 540.04, V25 111 525.04
Execution in accordance with DIN standards.

FUNCTION
The valve closes or opens the flow of working fluid using an electric actuator. The
valve spindle is shifting, not rotating. The valve cone is a closing element of the
valve. The downstream and upstream pressure gradient is limited with respect to
the forces acting on the valve cone due to working fluid overpressure, and due to
the axial forces of actuators.

GLOBE VALVE
USAGE
A closing or discharging element, intended for liquid and gaseous media. The
working substance can be water, steam, air and non-aggressive fluids. The valve is
not suitable for flow control. In the execution with regulating cone is intended for
a flow control.
Application:

heat distributions

refrigeration industry

selected fields of chemical industry, petrochemistry

food industry (in a stainless execution)

In the stainless steel execution you can obtain a corrosion resistance table owing
to the practical use of individual fluids. The use for other working fluids is possible
after a consultation with the manufacturer.

V30 111 040, V30 111 240, V30 111 540, V30 211 540, V30 121 540
A spindle is of rotating and rising type. A cone performs the function of a valve
closure. Opening of the valve has to be performed slowly, with a gradual stopping
on the lift, for the limitation of hydraulic and thermal shocks in the valve and in a
whole equipment. The internal bypass at the DN 125200 serves for forming of the
pressure gradient before and behind the valve in order that the valve could fully
open. The bypass is not at a stainless steel execution.
V40 111 040, V40 111 540
The spindle is rotating and rising type, with the regulating cone. The valve is not
the closing element, the closing valve is inserted, as a rule, before it if there is
required a full tightness of the equipment. A flow surface in a seat at the full valve
opening is about 60% of valve inlet cross section..
V30 111 540.53, V30 111 540.54
The spindle is rotating and rising type. The cone performs a function of the valve
closure. Opening of the valve has to be done slowly, with a gradual stopping on
the lift, for the purpose of the prevention of hydraulic and thermal shocks in the
valve and in the whole equipment. At the variant V30 111 540.53 a simple back
closure is formed on the cone for a partial release of a stuffing box stress at the
full opening. The back closure with the seat on both the cone and the yoke at the
variant V30 111 540.54 is formed for the full release of the stuffing box at the full
opening. This closure is tested for tightness.

Globe Valve V30

Spindle is rotary and lifting. The cone has the function of a valve closure. The
opening of the valve should be done slowly, with proportional stopping on lift,
eliminating hydraulic and thermal shocks in the valve and also in the whole plant.
Inner by-pass from DN 80 to DN 200 serves for creating the pressure difference
on the valve, to be possible to open the valve completely. Bodies DN 15 to DN 25
are made of forgings, the bodies DN32 to DN200 are made of castings.
Control Valve V40
Spindle is rotary and lifting. The cone assures the rough regulation. The valve is
not closing element. Therefore the globe valve is normally placed before the valve,
if there is need to reach tightness of the device. Throughflow surface of the seat
when quite opened is cca 60% of the valve inlet diameter area. Bodies DN 15 to
DN 25 are made of forgings, the bodies DN32 to DN200 are made of castings.

valve, if there is need to reach tightness of the device. Throughflow surface of
the seat when quite opened is cca 60% of the valve inlet diameter area. Bodies
DN 15 to DN 25 are made of forgings, the bodies DN 32 to DN 200 are made
of castings.

FUNCTION
V30 111 616, V30 211 616, V30 111 616.02
A spindle is of rotating and rising type. A cone performs the function of a valve
closure. Opening of the valve has to be performed slowly, with a gradual
stopping on the lift, for the limitation of hydraulic and thermal shocks in the
valve and in the whole equipment. An internal bypass at the DN200 serves for
forming of the pressure gradient before and behind the valve in order the valve
can fully open.

V30 211 616

V40 111 616

The spindle is of rotating and rising type, with the regulating cone. The valve is
not the closing valve. The closing valve is arranged, as a rule, before this valve if
there is required a full tightness of the equipment. The flow surface in a seat at a
full opening of the valve is about 60% of the valve inlet cross section.

GLOBE VALVE WITH ACTUATOR

OTHERS
The recommended temperature of the environment is regarding to the actuating
mechanism from -20 C to +50 C at the relative ambient humidity 80%, with the
safety factor 0.

FUNCTION
The valve closes or opens the working fluid flow by means of an actuating
mechanism (V30 113 - electric actuator, V30 114 - pneumatic actuator, V30 113
540.01 - electric actuator AUMA). The spindle slides, it does not rotate. The
cone performs the function of a valve closure. The pressure gradient before and
behind the valve is limited regarding to the forces acting from the overpressure
of the working substance on the cone and to axial forces of actuating
mechanisms. The internal bypass at DN125200 serves to the formation of the
pressure gradient so that it is possible to fully open the valve. The bypass is not
at the execution 040.
The execution V40 113 040 is not the closing element. The flow surface in a seat
at a full valve opening is about 60% of the valve inlet cross section.

FUNCTION
The valve closes or opens the flow of working fluid using an actuator (V30 113 electric actuator, V30 114 -pneumatic actuator). The valve spindle is shifting, not
rotating. The valve cone is a closing element of the valve. The downstream and
upstream pressure gradient is limited with respect to the forces acting on the valve
cone due to working fluid overpressure, and due to the axial forces of actuators.

For the valves, equipped with actuators, there applies a limitation of the pressure
gradient for DN 150 6 [bar]. The valve can be installed in the pipeline in any
position regardless of then flow direction of working fluid. Any dirt, impurities
and residues of preserving agents have to be removed from the piping as well as
from the valve before their installation. The piping and the valves have to be
thoroughly cleaned. The valves with actuators are recommended to be installed
with the pneumatic actuator in a top position. If installed in different positions, the
pneumatic actuator must be supported from below or hung-up.
Note: Connecting flanges PN 16.

FUNCTION
V69 111 910
The valve spindle is of a rotary and rising type. The valve cone is pressing on the
diaphragm and performs the closing function of the valve. The valve should be
opened slowly with gradual stops within the valve lift to eliminate hydraulic and
thermal shocks in the valve and in the whole system.
A minimum force applied to the hand wheel is needed for tight closing.
V69 114 910
The valve closes or opens the flow of working fluid using a pneumatic actuator.
The valve spindle is shifting, not rotating, and the valve cone is pressing on the
diaphragm and performs the closing function of the valve. The actuator used with
the valve is produced by Severoesk armaturka, a.s.

CHECK VALVE
USAGE
The valve can be used as a self-acting back closure. This valve with regard to its
function cannot guarantee a closure tightness as a classical globe valve and therefore it is necessary in the case of tightness requirement to install a globe the valve
into the piping. The valve can be used according to valid standards and regulations
for given parameters. As to the working substance there may be water, steam, air,
non-aggressive liquids and gases.Application:

CHECK CLOSING VALVE

USAGE
The valve can be used as a self-acting back closure with the possibility of
permanent closure. As a regulating element this valve is not suitable. The valve
can be used according to valid standards and regulations for given parameters. As
the working fluid there can be water, steam, air, non-aggressive liquids and
gases.Application:

The valves are produced in the ST execution.

FUNCTION
The valve is controlled automatically by the working fluid pressure on the cone
that prevents by its motion a back flow and shocks of the working substance. The
cone moves in a sliding way on the spindle. In the case of the need the valve can
be fully closed. In the cone there is a spring which considerably contributes to a
reliable function of the valve and to a shock damping. A direction of the flow is
always below the cone.
