Application Menu
Application menu which

palette, which is provide the

palette .

Properties Palette

Project Browser
Project Browser is a most important in
revit that is show the logical

Status bar
Status bar is located in the bottom of application
window, it is provided when are you select a tool, the
left side status bar hint or highlight the tips what to

View Control Bar

View control bar provided we how to see the project
such as Scale, Show and hide rendering dialog, Reveal
hidden element, Detail level, Sun path on/off, Visual
style, lock/unlock 3d view, Shadows on/off, crop view,
Show and hide crop region, temporary hide/isolate, and
any much more. View control bar located bottom in the
view window above the status bar.

Drawing Area
We are work this place that is called the drawing area
in revit. Drawing area show the current project and see
the view as you want, drawing area provided we, that

Ribbon
Ribbon display provided the when you create or open
a file. It's provided the all tools and family which we
want to see, Ribbon show the all tool in work place.

Using Filter, Mirror And Trim/Extend

drawing area so you can select the all element and go
to filter and select the element which you can delete

then select the attach top option

check the review then create the approved hole.

Swapping Walls
If you want the designs of wall, so you can apply the

Creating Curtain Walls

Floor:- when we are create the

building then we give the floor plan

Mansard Roof:- This type roof is called a French

and give the offset ten feet outside, then select the modify
sub element and give the height of ramp. Then you can
select the modal in place and click the wall and select the
set tool and select the wall mouth then you can select the
sweep blend and you can select the path of ramp. You can
select the profile-1 and select the show and viewer and
create a rectangle then finish, now you can repeat the
command of profile-2. You can select the void and then
select the cut option.

the project.

Sweep Family
Such as you create a mullion family same you can
create a sweep family it is make in the wall, now you
select the family and create the sweep name and take
a reference line and you can create a line which
height 1 feet and width 6 inch then you can give
category and select the project. Now you can set on
the wall.

Reveal Family
Such as you create a mullion family same you can
create a reveal family it is make on the wall, now you
select the family and create the reveal name and take
