Failure to provide final tuition payment in a timely manner may result in forfeiture

Please be aware that Blue Lake uses professional
photographers during the summer season for
promotional purposes. Campers may be photographed
in the camp setting during classes and/or recreational
activities. Names are never published with images.

Remember: Campers opting to use Blue Lakes services of transportation, early arrival, or staying on camp between
sessions, are subject to additional fees associated with these services. To register for any of these services, forms must
be on file with the Admissions Office no later than 30 days prior to your camp session. For more information, contact

Please be aware that Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp does


not permit campers to use cell phones while on camp.

A $30 service charge will be added if students change sessions after enrollment.
The Blue Lake Registration Office is not responsible for collecting scholarship payments awarded by other organizations.

Campers who wish to be housed together must select each other as cabin mates and return the two applications in the
same envelope. No exceptions! An attempt will be made to house students together on a first-come, first-served basis
if applications are received together. Cabin mate requests are not guarenteed.

BLFAC. Further, in an emergency regarding
my child, I authorize the camp (in accordance
with state requirements) to take such temporary measures as the camp authorities, and
licensed physician selected by the camp,

Further, I understand that BLFAC is a
uniformed camp, and that my child will be
expected to wear the official camp uniform
items that may be purchased only at the
Camp Store.
Finally, I realize that part of the maturation
process for young performing artists is
learning to fulfill their responsibility to any
performing group of which they may be a
member. I also realize that BLFAC needs
my support in helping my child understand
that he/she must honor his/her obligation
to his/her performing group by attending
all camp performances and participating in
final presentations.

I agree to abide by Camp regulations and to
cooperate with Camp authorities in furthering
its ideals. I agree not to use or possess tobacco,
alcoholic beverages or unauthorized drugs, not
to deface camp property, not to participate in
hazing, threats, or violence, not to endanger
the safety of myself or others, nor to go out of
bounds without permission. I understand that
if I violate any camp regulations, I jeopardize
my good standing with Blue Lake, my parents
will be notified, and I may be expelled
immediately from camp.
