*Wind and percussion students desiring Orchestra must initially enroll in Band and are selected by audition on opening
day. Advanced wind and percussion students who seek a position in Session 1 or 2 Masterworks Orchestra must submit
an audition prior to March 1. Advanced strings seeking membership in the Advanced Chamber Orchestra Session 1 or 2
must submit an audition prior to March 1. Visit bluelake.org/scholarships for audition requirements.
** Dancers seeking membership in the Dance Ensemble program should enroll in Dance Session I and attend an auditionmasterclass for specific placement. DVD auditions also accepted. See bluelake.org/dance for more information.

of your camp reservation.

Please be aware that Blue Lake uses professional
photographers during the summer season for
promotional purposes. Campers may be photographed
in the camp setting during classes and/or recreational
activities. Names are never published with images.
Remember: Campers opting to use Blue Lakes services of transportation, early arrival, or staying on camp between
sessions, are subject to additional fees associated with these services. To register for any of these services, forms must
be on file with the Admissions Office no later than 30 days prior to your camp session. For more information, contact
Admissions at 800-221-3796 or 231-894-1966 or visit bluelake.org/registration.
A $30 service charge will be added if students change sessions after enrollment.
The Blue Lake Registration Office is not responsible for collecting scholarship payments awarded by other organizations.
Housing - Cabin Mate (See HERE)
Campers who wish to be housed together must select each other as cabin mates and return the two applications in the
same envelope. No exceptions! An attempt will be made to house students together on a first-come, first-served basis
if applications are received together. Cabin mate requests are not guarenteed.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required with this application. Applications may be scanned and emailed
as a PDF to admissions@bluelake.org, but will not be considered until a credit card deposit of $200 has been received by
