KEY ROLE
Overseeing management of HR & Personal operation i.e Manpower Planning,Recruitment training &
Development,Employees Relations,Implementation of HR Policy &Procedures,benefits/payroll
Mangement,Salary & Wages Management,Compensation Mangement,performance Appraisal
management,Leave & Attendance Management,Card Holder/Contract Emplyees Mangemnet,Liaison&
coordination,HRMS database administration ,MIS Administration,confidential & personal Record keeping
Management,Contract & negotiations administration,Employeees grievenes/Displinary Issue,Leagal
Compliances issue and any other issues related with employees welfare and HR/personal Policy.
All official/administrative work i.e daily correspondence,planning for adminssions & counseling and
conducting counseling & registration,process,making schedule for conducting admission,counseling &
registration pracess,deployment of staff for the respective duties/events,making of academic
calendar,inspection & its related compliabce job of the statutory bodies like AICTE,UGC,State
Govt.,Central Govt,or any other affiliating bodies,keeping all official/administrative records and any othe
work as assigned by the management from time to time.
Overall supervision of student &examination section on daily & routine basis like keeping personal records
of students,fulfill all necessity as desired by the student and required for student section,preparation of date
sheet ,seating plan for the examinations,priting og question papers,invigilation duty charts,flying
squad,follow up the UEM jobd,compilation of examination result,result analysis,follow up the job of
priting & issuing grade/mark sheets,degree certificate etc.,job related with students educational
verification,work related with fellowship/teaching assistantship of PG/DOCTORAL scholars,and any other
job as assigned by the management.
Liaison & coordination with internal & external bodies as required and approached by the competent
authority.
Follow-up jobs related with legal compliances or any other issues/diputes in consultation with competent
authority,drafting & amendments jobs of academic System and Standing Orders
boollet,Statute/Ordinances(academic/adminstrationRules & Regulations)and short/long term policy on
necessity of the organization inn consultation with the competent authority of the organization,jobs elated
with RTI and any other jobs assigned by the management from time to time.
Well versed with MS-Office,Internet jobs and Campus Software/ERP Module.

Present Employment:-Presently working at Jagran Lakecity University(JLU),Bhopal as Assistant
registrar since 03.08.2015.
Main Responsibilities:-Currently looking after jobs of the HR & Personal Administration of all pay
roll,contractual,consolidated and daily basis employess etc.along with additional responsibilities of all official and
administrative jobs of Central Office,Overall supervision of the stdent Section and jobs related wirh legsl
compliancesetc.
Previous Employment: Worked in Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology(JUET),Guna as Administrative
Coordinator sine 15.12.2008 to 30.07.2015.
Worked in GRD-College of Education,Gwalior as Assistant Registrar since 05.03.2007 to 13.12.2008.
Worked in Mahatma Gandhi National Institute of Maedical Scinces(MGNIMS),Jaipur (Rajasthan) as
assistant registrar since 10.10.2006 to 01.03.2007.
worked in the Sophia Group of Colleges,Gwalior as Adminstrative Assistant since 11.03.2004 to
05.10.2006.
