Under supervision, provides support to regional/field office operations such as


appointment processing, report preparations, coordination activities, examination
application processing, facilitate and conduct training, and other tasks that may be
assigned by the Field Officer.

3. Photocopy of Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility or Certificate of Board Rating and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records
