Preface
This project has been a memorable experience and a great opportunity for me to associate with many
persons associated with various professional colleges. I am very grateful to the people by whose
assistance and cooperation I completed the project successfully.
This report provides an opportunity to me to learn and expand my knowledge about employee
satisfaction and policies affecting attrition in overall organization especially in professional education
institutes. By the report we would be able to know the exact reason behind this , methods taken to take
it and hence taken necessary steps for it. The report also helps to devote me skills to analyze the
problem and reasons to suggest alternative solutions, to evaluate them and to provide feasible
recommendation.
The research is on the topic “Measuring the effectiveness of Girl’s hostel facility at YIT” Although I have
tried my level best to prepare this report an error free report.
Acknowledgement
“Successful passage and outcome of every work comes with dedication, determination and team work.
All these turn futile in the absence of a visionary guidance”
In successfully completing my project report, I am indeed indebted to a large no. of people who have
encouraged and helped me in a variety of ways. It’s indeed a privilege to express my gratitude to the
people involved.
My profound and sincere thanks to all my faculty members & members of all organizations which I
have selected for my study . I have paucity of words to express my obeisance before them for their
keen interest, valuable guidance, unflinching judgment and constant encouragement during the entire
course of my study.
Words in my lexicon fall short to express my feelings towards Mrs. Asha Thakur for her timely and
important help in completing this project report.
Last but not the least, I owe my sincere regards to the ‘Almighty’ for making me able to believe in
myself and letting me utilize my potential to the fullest of my energy during the entire course of the
study.
