SUBSCRIPTION AND LICENSE AGREEMENT ORDER FORM

This and any subsequent Order Form is entered into pursuant to and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the
Subscription and License Agreement entered into between Business Monitor International Limited (BMI) (see definition
below) and Ministry of Trade, Industry & Investments (Subscriber) with an effective date of October 01, 2015 (Agreement).

BMI Information supplied shall be of a format, sectoral, industry and geographic scope (Scope) as supplied by BMI as at the
Commencement Date. Should BMI develop/increase the Scope during the Subscription Period, Subscriber shall only be
entitled to receive such developed/increased Scope subject to entry into a revised Order Form.

E. Authorised Users:
An Authorised User is defined as an employee, director or officer of the Subscriber operating subject to the following
limitations:

(a) Individual username and password

(a) Access to online platform via individual username and password access
In order for the Subscriber to facilitate the provision of BMI Information to the Authorised Users via individual username and
password access, the Subscriber shall provide the names and email address for each Authorised User to BMI. The
Subscriber may add Authorised Users from time to time by providing written notice to BMI of the new users name and e-mail
address. The e-mail address is used in conjunction with the Authorised Users username and password to enable an
Authorised User to gain access to the service. The username and password created by the Authorised User, as well as the
e-mail address provided to BMI for such Authorised User, may only be used by that Authorised User and may not be shared
with any other employees of the Subscriber or otherwise.
(b) Access to online platform via IP authentication
In order for the Subscriber to facilitate the provision of BMI Information to the Authorised Users via IP authentication the
Subscriber must first provide BMI with such IP Address(es) which Subscriber hereby warrants are held exclusively under the
sole control of and benefit to the Subscriber. Such Authorised Users for the purposes of the Agreement do not require the
need for any email verification, username or password access protocols to be implemented for access to be provided to the
online platform.
The following practices, inter alia, by the Subscriber, the Authorised Users or the Subscribers employees are deemed to be
a misappropriation of BMIs intellectual property and a material breach of the Agreement: (1) the sharing of Authorised User
names, passwords and/or email addresses; and/or (2) the designation of one Authorised User in a division, department,
company, etc., who accesses the service for employees in a division, department, company, etc. outside the above
limitations, so that BMI does not receive fees for such employees accessing the service. The Subscriber shall take all
reasonable steps to ensure that only Authorised Users access the service.
In this Order Form, BMI means Business Monitor International Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales under
company number 01763490 whose registered office is at 4th Floor Senator House, 85 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V
4AB, and includes any successor entity.
By signature of its authorised representatives below the Subscriber accepts the terms of the Agreement and this
Order Form.
