Pin the cuff to the bottom of the poncho starting &

ending 7 (9) sts from the edge of a group of Cable
Patt (= 1 cuff at edge of 1st group of Cable Patt &
the 2nd at an interval of 3 grps of Cable Patt).
Sew cuff seams.
