INSPIRATION PROBLEM
Woxsen is spread over two hundred acre of large campus. As it is so large it takes time for people
to commute within the campus. A person takes around five minutes to walk down till admin
block from the hostel. Per day if a person takes walking as the mode of transport, he/she would
waste around 25 minutes per day. If there are around 100 people walking down daily, they would
be wasting 2500 minutes per day. Around 900 hours of the students would get wasted for one
month if they walk down till the college. Also, during rainy days or extremely sunny days it
becomes difficult for people to walk to their respective destination carrying their heavy laptops
and books with them. There is a need to get rid of these problems. Hence, our goal is to create a
proper internal conveyance.
DESIGN THINKING
Moreover the problem affects even deeper when students realize that with time there hard earned
money is being wasted. On average students fee is around 10 Lac and there are around 100
students in campus. An hour costs around 60 rupee to a student which means, on daily basis a
student is wasting 30 rupees on walking.
We team innovators have selected this problem to solve with the help of design thinking. Design
Thinking is the confidence that everyone can be part of creating a more desirable future, and a
process to take action when faced with a difficult challenge.
DESIGN THINKING
STAKEHOLDERS
Stakeholders are the one who have share in the problem. We have taken eight stake holders and
from them we have taken personas of three. We have taken two final personas for the journey
phase and point of view.

Lucky is a 22 years old student in prestigious business school "woxsen school of business",
Hyderabad and she pursuing her 1st year MBA.
Gets up early in the morning to do Pooja, then does some subject related reading and at 9 am she
packs her pack to go to oval for breakfast. After having breakfast she look for cycles and she
finds no cycle and she decides to walk to class with heavy load of books.
DESIGN THINKING
She carries books to class to read in leisure time because she wants to become topper of the class
and gets sense of accomplishment when she completes her planned work.
DESIGN THINKING
Ritika Gupta is a 28 years old student in prestigious business school "woxsen school of
business", Hyderabad and she pursuing executive MBA.
Gets up late in the morning around 9:30 and miss breakfast every day. Then moves to class in
personal car, attends class and then comes back to have lunch and then goes to hostel if there is
no 2nd half class and completes her assignments/projects or takes rest.
For her prestige matters a lot i.e. how people are looking at her and what do they think about her
and her status. She doesnt like walking as it is time waste and it doesnt look convenient when
you have your own car.
Due to her car she doesnt have to worry about getting late to the class, so for that reason she
misses breakfast due to not getting up on time early morning.

Hostel to Oval
The activities are being occur on different places as well but these two are the most frequent
journey. Phase 1 is the hostel to oval journey where students go through daily.
Phase 2: Oval to admin block is a long way and needs time as well as energy to travel from oval
to admin. This is a crucial commute for students because they carry heavy load of books and
laptop. This makes their journey very hectic and gives them stress, as well as emotional
instability.
This journey has become hectic and needs to solve for benefit of the students as early as possible.
