Year 6 Leavers Disco

Dear Parent/Carer,
We would like to invite your child(ren) to attend the above event held at Ingleby Mill on Wednesday
13th July 2016 The cost of entry has been agreed at 5 per pupil and this includes a disco and party
food/drink. The event will start at 6.30pm and run until 8.30pm. Please ensure your children are
collected promptly at 8.30pm.
There will be a photographer attending who will take a group photograph of all Y6 children present
on the night. To purchase a 12 x 8 copy of this picture will cost 5 and these will be delivered to
school for your child to bring home before we break up on 20th July for the summer holidays.
The photographer will be staying for the duration of the disco and the children are welcome to pop
into the studio and have photographs taken throughout the event, where the photographer will take
individual portraits and photos of friendship groups, if the children would like. These pictures are
not available to pre-order but you will be able to view and order them online, after the event, by
visiting the following website. You will be given a password at the event to allow you to view the
pictures.

If we do not receive consent from a parent / carer, then your child will not be allowed to take part
in the group photo or request photos to be taken during the event.
Please complete and return the reply slip below to show that you give consent to your child having
their photograph taken at the leavers disco, to pre-order a group photo, if required, and to
purchase a ticket for the event. This needs to be returned to school by Friday 1st July 2016.
Alternatively, you can pay online by visiting www.schoolgateway.com. We would prefer it if you could
pay and give consent online.
Please note that your child will not be allowed to bring their mobile phone to the leavers disco
as there is no capacity for us to look after them.
We do hope your child will be able to attend the above event and celebrate with other children in
their year group the time they have spent at Ingleby Mill.
