INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1. Put all the Dates into the food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Add Cashew Butter, Cacao Powder and Vanilla Powder then blitz
until blended and smooth.
FLAVOURS
3. Take either a tsp or a tbsp of mix and using your hands roll until
smooth. Start with a ball shape and then form the egg shape.
4. Repeat & try not to eat too much of the mix!
FLAVOUR MIX UP
If youd like a trio of flavoured Energy Eggs remove from food
processer and separate mixture into thirds.
COMBINATIONS
1. Retain one 1/3 as Cacao & Vanilla
2. The second 1/3 add tsp of Raw Cinnamon Powder to one and
mix together
3. To the final third 1/3 we added tsp of Cherry Powder

Recipe by Indigo Herbs
Made with the Cacao Bean and sweetend with Agave Syrup, this Raw
Chocolate is packed with nutrients and is a Super-healthy, Superdelicious treat.
METHOD
1. Heat the water in the Bain Marie to 45 C then remove from the
heat and float a heat proof bowl in the water.
2. Gently melt the Cacao Butter in the Bain Marie until the last of the
solids have just disappeared.
3. Add all the Vanilla and stir into the melted Cacao Butter.
4. Keep stirring until you can see the Vanilla is properly mixed in the
Cacao Butter.
5. Add in all the Cacao Powder and mix until it is smooth.
6. Add in all the Agave Syrup and mix until completely blended. Our
Raw Chocolatiers believe this takes about 100 stirrings.

7. Pour out the molten Raw Chocolate into moulds and allow to set in
a fridge or freezer for 2 hours.
8. Pop out your Raw Chocolates and share them with those you
love...if you can!

INGREDIENTS
220g Organic Raw Cacao Butter
broken into chunks
METHOD
2. Turn the heat down to simmering and place the bowl of Cacao
Butter over the simmering water.
3. Melt the Butter, stirring with a whisk, move the bowl from the heat
and let the Butter melt further whilst stirring.
4. Add the Cacao Powder, Baobab Powder, Vanilla and Agave Syrup
and whisk together until it has all dissolved.
SERVES 6
PREP TIME 20 minutes

7. While still melted and hot, sprinkle evenly with Goji Berries and
Cacao Nibs.
8. Place the tray in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
9. Keep in an airtight container in or out of the fridge, depending on
how crunchy you would like it and it will keep for quite a while.

A healthy, dairy-free and vegan treat for chocolate lovers, with
hidden Superfood ingredients! There couldnt be a more
pleasurable way to take advantage of Spirulinas health benefits
than in this Raw Spirulina Chocolate.
METHOD
1. Add all of the powders and chopped Dates into a food processor
and blend until the dates are completely ground.
2. Gently melt the Coconut Oil in a small bowl, if needed (it may be
soft enough if you're in a warm place) - you can do this over a pan of
water.
3. The Coconut Oil should not get hotter than 45C to ensure the
nutritional properties remain intact.
4. Stir in the powder mix and Maple Syrup.
5. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
6. Grease a 4in x 6in container with the extra Coconut Oil and spoon
in the Chocolate mix.
7. Press firmly and evenly into the pot.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least fifteen minutes then cut into
squares to serve.
9. Store in the fridge until needed. It will keep for at least a week if
covered.

SUPERFOOD CAROB
CRISPIE CAKES
Recipe by The Sparkle Nest
Do you remember making crispie cakes when you were little? A
giant bar of melted chocolate, mixed with some rice crispies, then
left to set in the fridge. This healthy alternative will have you
licking the melty, chocolatey goodness off your fingers. Delicious!
METHOD
1. Mix all of your ingredients, apart from the cereal, together in a large
bowl.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of Carob Powder
1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
3 tbsp Organic Eaw Agave Syrup
2. When you have a lovely smooth chocolatey mixture, then add your
cereal, and mix until completely covered.
3. Prepare a muffin tin with 6 cupcake cases, and spoon the mixture
equally between each case.
4. Then pop the tray into the fridge for a couple of hours until set.
HEALTH BENEFITS
Carob powder is a sweet tasting alternative to Chocolate. Its high in
fibre, calcium, vitamin B2 and potassium and has also been proven
to assist with calming stomach problems.
Agave Syrup is a fantastic alternative to refined sugar. Its raw,
organic and contains 100% pure botanical ingredients.
Organic Raw Cacao powder is exceptionally high in antioxidant
minerals, especially magnesium.

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1. In a bowl tip 1 cup of Cashew Nuts, then cover in water and ideally
leave overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
3. Once soaked, drain and rinse the Cashew Nuts then tip into the
food processor.

6. Add the Oats to the food processor, along with Vanilla Powder,
Cacao Powder & Rosehip Powder.

7. Whizz until fully blended together and the mixture is nearly smooth. Baking Tray

8. To shape cookies place a strip of cling film onto your worktop, put Food Processor
the mixture on top, then fold over the cling film & roll out until about Cling Film
1cm thick. Choose your cutter shape and cut out.

9. Place in fridge to harden for at least 1 hour. Snack and enjoy!

CASHEW COOKIE
RAW CHOCOLATE CUPS
Recipe by Celery & Cupcakes
Combining the delicious taste of Cashew cookie with a topping of
dark pure Raw Chocolate and Goji berry. This recipe is super
nutritious but also reminiscent of a truly great biscuity treat.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1. Mix the Cashew butter, Coconut Oil, Coconut Flour and Agave Syrup
together in a food processor until a crumbly bread crumb mixture
forms.
2. Take the mixture and place into individual Petite Four cases or
moulds, packing it down tightly and leaving 2/3 of the cases/moulds
free.
3. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and take off the heat.
5. Once melted, add the Vanilla Powder, Cacao Powder and Agave
Syrup, stirring until the mixture becomes smooth.
6. Spoon the liquid Raw Chocolate over the cashew cookie bases to fill
your Petite Four cases or moulds.
7. Top each chocolate with a Goji Berry for decoration.
8. Leave on the side to set until the Raw Chocolate firms up and
becomes solid.

INGREDIENTS
300g of Spelt Flour
200g of Buckwheat Flour
50g of Coconut Sugar
8g of Dried Yeast
Zest of 2 Oranges
4. Stir together with wooden spoon or with food mixer, using the
dough hook and on the lowest setting. Pour in Almond Milk with the
zest and the Coconut Oil then gradually add water. Mix until fully
blended together. The mix may look slightly wet.
5. Flour the worktop with Buckwheat and tip out the dough. Knead for
a few minutes until the mix becomes smooth & forms a rough ball
shape.

6. Using the Coconut Oil lightly grease a large mixing bowl, place the
dough into the centre and cover with cling film. Leave to rise for at
least an hour (up to 2 would be fine), until it has nearly doubled in
size.
7. After the first rise, flour the work-surface and knead all the dried
fruit into the dough. Round the dough into a smooth ball.
8. Return to the bowl, recover and leave to prove for another 1 hour.
9. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
10. Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead for
2 minutes and then roll into a long loaf shape. Divide into 12 equal
sized slices. Cut and roll each slice into a ball.
METHOD CONTINUED
11. Place the dough balls 3cm apart on the baking tray, place in a
clean plastic bag, tie end with elastic band. Alternatively cover with
cling film until they double in size or for at least 1 hour.
12. Heat the oven to 200C
SERVES 12

BAKE TIME 15 minutes
13. To make the crosses, mix the flour & water until it makes a paste.
Using a piping bag with a small nozzle, pipe across the buns.

14. Place buns in the centre of the oven, cook for 15 minutes.

15. Meanwhile make the glaze using 4 tbsp of Almond milk warmed
with 2 tsp of Coconut Sugar.
16. Once the hot cross buns are removed from the oven, lightly brush
with the glaze.
17. Leave to cool slightly on a wire rack, pour a cup of Rooibos tea,
slice hot cross bun in two, lightly toast if you wish and smear with
goats butter.

Recipe by Clean Supper Club
Spicy cinnamon apples with a French twist, galettes are native to
Breton and traditionally made with Buckwheat flour.
This delicious dish is perfect for your Easter breakfast!
METHOD
GALETTE
1. Mix all the ingredients together in the food processor for 2 minutes
until completely combined.
2. Wipe the frying pan with Coconut Oil, put on a high heat, once hot
reduce to medium temperature.
3. Ladle mix into frying pan, spread so evenly covers the base of the
pan.

2. Place the Bananas into a food processor and blend the Bananas
into a pure.
3. Add the Acai, Beetroot and Cacao Powders; and the Agave Syrup,
Honey and Vanilla.
4. Blend.
5. Then add your 100g of Almonds and blend until smooth.
6. Next mix in your Oats and Morello Cherries.
7. When blended down to a smooth mixture pour into shallow lined
tin/baking tray.
8. Cook for 40/50 minutes until the top is firm.
9. Allow to cool for and then cut into slices.
