REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR INSTALLATION, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT,


CUSTOMIZATION, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE FOR PROJECT VISION - A CENTRALIZED
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CUM PORTAL USING ORACLE WEBCENTER

We intend to engage system integrator to design, develop and implement centralized application
for the Company to cater our digitalization requirements initiative using Oracle technologies
WebCenter.
The intended bidder is requested to note that in order to become eligible to respond to this
RFP, the bidder should fulfill all the following minimum eligibility criteria:
1. The Bidders net-worth should not be negative for past two years. And turnover should be
majorly contributed from Software development, implementation and support related
services.
2. The Bidder organization should be in existence for at least three years and must be engaged
in the business of software development and implementation and related services.
3. The Bidder should not have been black-listed by any public sector organization, SEBI, RBI,
or IBA or any other Government agencies in India, US or any or member countries in
European Union in last three years
4. The bidder must have past experience of development & implementation of similar project
/ technologies (Oracle Middleware)..
5. The bidder must have past experience of working in BFSI sector.
6. The Bidder should have a team of at least 50 Technical people in development /
implementation / support on their roles for the Oracle Technologies.
7. The Bidder should be minimum authorized partner of Oracle.
The technical bids of such bidders, who fulfill all the above mentioned Minimum Eligibility
Criteria, will only be considered for technical evaluation.
