Access Door
1. Open Access Door slightly to a position, which is parallel to the table surface.
2. Pull the Access Door out straight up.
3. Remove Access Door

Top Cover
1. Using a T-10 Torx Screw driver remove the four screws (2 in front and 2 at the rear),
which hold the top cover to the base.
2. Lift the top cover from the base.
3. Remove the Cleanout assembly from the rear of the printer.

Output Tray
1. Lift the tray to an approx 60o until the notch on the right hand side is properly
aligned with the base detail.
2. Slightly lift up the left side until the hinge clears the base.
3. Pull to the left until the output tray is disengaged from the base

Input Tray
The Spacer
1. Using a T-10 Torx screwdriver remove the two screws holding the spacer assembly.
2. Lift the spacer from the base.

Platen Assembly
1. Unplug the OOPS flag sensor from the Logic PCA.
2. Unhook the Wiper Scraper from the right wall.
3. To remove the Wiper Sled while pushing the wiper sled forward with your fingers,
use a small screwdriver to guide the right section of the Wiper Sled to clear the base
rail.

Capping Station
Prior to removing the Capping Station, it is assumed that you have:
o Removed the Case Parts and I/O trays.
o Removed the Carriage assembly.
o Removed the Platen Assembly.
1. Use a small flat screwdriver to unlatch the Sled Holder Cap from the base.
2. Unlatch the capping station from the left wall.

Sensor Switches
1. Disconnect the Access Door and the Tray Sensor switches from the Logic PCA
2. Unlatch the Actuator Support from the base.

Logic PCA
To remove the Logic PCA, you must first remove the machine screws shown below, which
hold the PCA to the base.
