Instructions for Securing Admission Offer

20 April 2016


Securing Admission:

To secure your admission, please pay INR 75,000/ ( Part Fee INR 50,000/ + Refundable
Deposit INR 25,000/ ) on or before 5 PM, 30 April 2016.
The fee payment window will start from 3 PM, 21 April 2016
International Students will be intimated individually via email regarding fee payment.


Payment Options:
To pay the fees please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Accessing the fee payment portal


Go to the link http://connect.cept.ac.in/

Use the id and password you have been using for filling up the admissions form to log in.

Please note, that in case you have been offered admission in more than one program, then you
need to select the program for which you want to pay the fees. An applicant will be able to pay
fee for only one program.

Step 2. Choose the fee payment option

Fees can be paid through one of the following two ways:
OPTION 1: Online Payment Option
The online payment can be done using Net Banking/ Credit / Debit card through online
payment gateway. For online payment you need to click on the Online Payment button. It
will open the payment page as shown below in Figure 4.

Please note that while using debit card or credit card additional ~1.25% (approx.) will be
charged by the banks.
Please note that for online payments (either through net banking or debit / credit card) you
will receive two emails, one from Citrus and another from CEPT University, unless you
receive both the emails, your payment is not confirmed, if you do not receive either of the
email, you need to contact us at admission.finance@cept.ac.in with all payment
details immediately.


OPTION 2: Offline Payment Option

Please click the Print Payin Slip button for payment by cash/ demand draft. Payinslip
will be valid for payment for 48 hours after it is generated. If it is not used within 48 hours,
the payinslip will be invalidated and a new payinslip will need to be generated.
While taking print out of the payin slip, please take print in landscape format
Use the autogenerated payin slip, and pay fees either by Cash or by Demand Draft at any
ICICI bank branch in India
No Cheque payment will be accepted by the bank.

If you are paying using payin slip, you are required to submit the scanned counter copy

to University through the same site http://connect.cept.ac.in/

The pay in slip can be uploaded by clicking the Upload manual pay slip button. You need to fill
the necessary details and upload a legible scanned copy of the pay slip with size less than 1 MB.

Note:

Need based and Merit based Scholarships are available. Process for scholarship will start
after the commencement of academic session. Concerned applicants may contact Student
Services Office (SSO) for more information.

Registration to respective programs will happen in July 2016. Detailed instruction for
registration will be shared later with the admitted students who have paid the fees.
