2) Important to use system analysis and design analysis

System Analysis is essential in order to identify the requirements, plan, build and
implement information systems to meet our organizations needs and wan. Its actually a
process that comprises activities, techniques and a set of tools that allow us to approach a
new information systems project in a systematic way, therefore providing a blueprint in
which we can identify and address all important aspects of the system. Engaging in the
systems analysis and design process may involve different approaches and methodologies,
such as the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Prototyping, RAD, or Agile
methodologies etc. However, they all attempt to lay down a series of phases, principles and
activities that provide structure and consistency to the way we analysts conceive and
implement an information system. Some of the concrete characteristics and advantages of
systems analysis are:

It is used to study and plan data input, data flow, data processing and
transformation, storage and output of data for an organizations business needs, and
to design new information systems to meet those needs.

Next, systems analysis and design allows analysts to properly indentify and
understand users requirements, in order to implement needed improvements to
their current systems. Such aspects as effective input techniques and friendly output
methods are considered to improve users overall experience with their systems.

It facilitates users involvement during the planning, designing and implementation

of the system. Also, it improves communication between analysts, developers, and

users throughout the development cycle, which makes it easier to implement needed
changes, adjust and adapt to the often ever-changing requirements of a dynamic
organization.

Finally, systems analysis and design provides for the thorough testing of a system in
order to pinpoint bugs and issues that need correction before final implementation.
In addition, proper documentation is brought along to improve learning of the
systems features, and to support its ongoing maintenance after its been put into use.

By providing this systematic approach to identifying and solving business problems,

systems analysis and design has become an important process in building efficient
information systems. We should make sure to adopt it in your organization. It will save our
time, money and avoid unnecessary frustration throughout the development of your system.
That is not being a problem for us to choose and use the system that more easy n
quick, but The problem with doing whatever way seems quick and easy is that when the
system gets big, "quick and easy" rapidly becomes "slow and messy", and development of
large systems grinds to a halt. What's quick and easy today may well be the thing that's
keeping you from doing the quick and easy in 6 months. System analysis methodologies are
designed to help manage that problem so that in 6 months it'll be just as easy to continue
the work as it is today.
3) Customer can making order by online system website:
1) Customers need to register as a member to starts making the order process.
2) Once they become a member, they can easily use an member account simply log in to their
account and starts to review variety of products and information without waiting.
3) They can put their favourite apparels that they wish to buy in their cart.
4) After that, they can review back their cart and see all the apparels that they have
put in their cart. The total amount of their order and their favourite apparels will be shown too.
They also, can remove or add any new favourite items that they desired still in their cart.
5) Once they are satisfied with the product, they can confirm the order and design needed.
6) When order is made, no cancellation can be made and, confirmation order must come with
50% deposits from the purchases amount.

7) Customers are required to confirm their order with sending a receipt payment as an evidence
of the payment. At this time, their order are confirmed.
8) Then, notification need to send to the customer to inform that their order are in process.
9) After that, list of product confirmation should be sent to the customer with total amount of
purchases.
10) Usually, it will take 2 weeks to complete the door gift that order by customer.
11) Balance of the rest 50% need to settle by customer before proceed to shipping action.
12) Notification of completion need to send to the customer and to inform that their door gift are
ready to send.

14) Notification need to send to customer, to inform that shipping is on way.

Problem

Sales person sometimes wrongly calculate the total sales amount as they

have to do it manually and in some cases provides a wrong quotation to

customers. Sales amount understatement will result in loss to the
company while overcharging a customer will result in complaint and lead
to bad company reputation
Real Problems: Customer will receive wrong information about the
price and customers will not satisfied then will find another seller.

6) To provide an efficient system in order to make easier for customer to review product
information and description and will reduce customer waiting time to get the information.
Properly task should be given to the supervisor on shipping department so that he can supervise
employees in shipping department before parcel are sent to the customer and increase the
awareness of awareness on assigning the right parcel to the right address.
Develop systematic system which can help us to know availability of the products and
supposedly from the best seller. Then reorder point can be set on the system.
Customer database should be implement, so all the records and transaction can be there. So,
regular customer can easily traced and rewarded like discounts can be done.
Proper software should be develop to ensure ending total of sales can be generate automatically
also can overcome wrong quotation to customer and save the company reputation.

YES. I am agree with this statement. Open-ended questionnaire are good in
situations where both parties want to understand each other, share control of the
conversation, listen to each other, and when there is sufficient time for the
conversation to allow proper sharing and listening. it is providing rich qualitative
data. It is designed to encourage a full, meaningful answer using the subject's own
knowledge and feelings. There is the advantages and disadvantages of having
open-ended questionnaire :
