Amenity kits for return sector are contained in grey bags (60 per
bag) and loaded in cargo hold #5.
Full or heavy customer load amenity kits to be preset by Crew on seats (zone-wise).
Light load amenity kits to be prepared in disposable
drawers and distributed on ground (2 or 4 corner service).
Return Sector
Grey bags containing amenity kits loaded in cargo hold.
Amenity kits must never be offered to any Qatar Airways staff
(including QR subsidiaries) travelling on duty or ID tickets in all

Design: features the QR brand; changes in product designs
will be introduced, as part of the companys commitment
to continuously enhance our onboard products.
Uses:
Distribution of headsets/amenity kits for light cabin load
Clearance by cart for services where drawers are used on
cart top for clearance
Clearance of cabin zones by hand
Final clearance during meal services
Collection of used service items/debris by zones during
non-meal services as applicable (used towels, used
glasses/ napkins after drinks services, etc.)
Individual clearance to be carried out using black trays
Inside meal cart (JED/IKA/MHD) to contain hot meals,
warm bread and additional drinks (as applicable).
Preparation of drawers:
Prepare drawers for services as shown (B).
Clean and reusable drawers from outbound sectors should
be utilized for services on return sectors.
