General
Multiple report viewing provision is added in the package. It will help to compare multiple reports
at a time. There is another provision added at the left side of the screen for listing recently opened
report names and the names will clear from the list while closing reports.

Enquiry
New popup window added for selecting op number .So now we get op number without
prefix enter,no need to input year first ,only need to put last numbers..
Now in enquiry window Consulting doctor name will shown instead of admitting doctor
name.
Enquiry -Ist row room number showing in white color issue solved.Now it will be shown in
black color.

Booking
Pre Registration
Back date booking blocked by adding an alert in booking screen
New popup window added for selecting op number .So now we get op number without
prefix enter.Now no need to input year first ,only need to put last numbers..
Duplicate booking blocked. An alert added while booking same patient more than one time
for the same doctor in a day.
Only doctors having booking facility will be shown in booking window .
Doctors interval is now reflecting in booking, so it is easy to identify whether doctor is
available or not in booking time.
Now phone number selection is mandatory, so doctor can contact booked patients in
emergency.
Added a provision for repeat booking while editing, it will help to load previously booked
patients data who need to book another doctor.

Front Office

In front office added an alert for reminding patients about their routine tests.This will help
the front office users for reminding the patients about the pre-requests before consulting
doctor.
Made staffid selection as mandatory if the patient is an employee
Duplicate patient details alert will be shown immediately after entering the phone number .
User rights added for cancel and transfer buttons( Cancel visit,Tranfer visit) in todays visit
screen
New provision added to enter edit remarks while editing patient details and also the editing
details like edit user ,time etc will be save in database.
Doctors interval is now reflecting in registration, so it is easy to identify whether doctor is
available or not.

Now total number of new patients, renewals, visits and IP are shown at the bottom of
front office analysis screen.

amount.
If room rent is greater than or equal to 1000 then luxury tax amount will be added to
net bill amount . This is done in printout also.
