technology, antenna selection, building layout and affect to macro network
Predictions and simulations using iBwave
Link budget analysis.

VEX file uploadation and generation

Develop Bill of Materials
PCI planning, Neighbor planning, Interference analysis
Integration and NMS visibility .
Nominal planning, candidate selection and site survey.
Calculation of Network Coverage.

As RF Optimization Engineer / Sr. Executive.:

To Check and analyze the Cell Level & Network Level Parameters and Standards for
GSM Mobile network and Optimize them to meet the standards.
Parameter Retune and Optimization of Network (NBH & BBH) as per agreed threshold
of customer.
KPI observation (SDCCH Assignment & Completion, TCH Assignment & Completion,
DL Quality, HOSR & Traffic etc,) to analyze the network performance.
Analysis of various network report (ND reports such as TA report, HW reports, handover
related & call drop related etc) to analyze & identify the problems & rectifying them via
appropriate solutions.
Optimization of network via checking of frequency plan, Handover success
rate, RF Parameters (As Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI, C/I etc.).
To analyze the Customer complains, identifying the problem & resolve them up to the
satisfaction of customer.
Frequency (BCCH), MAIO, HSN, MAL Id, BSIC and coverage planning to improve the
coverage and performance of the network.
Neighbor planning, traffic analysis and Performance management.
Analysis of Drive Test data & Network Optimization.
Dual band network planning & optimization.
Data KPI Monitoring & Analysis.
GPRS/ EDGE performance analysis.
Analysis & rectification of data related customer complains.

Optimizing the network coverage by physical changes at site like changing azimuths, tilt.
