Financial Results for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2016, after review of the same by
the Audit Committee. In accordance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the
copy of the same for your records.
In the above Meeting:
- the Board of Directors inter alia considered and approved the statement of Profit and
Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 and the Balance Sheet
as of that date.
- the Board of Directors has not recommended any further dividend and the interim
dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs. 2/- per share declared at its meeting held on March 11, 2016 is
the final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March
31, 2016
