Corrected last month’s minutes to show that the Stewart’s donation to the
Center was $500. Also corrected to indicate the blowers in the freezer room
have not yet been installed.

FINANCE COMMITTEE – WAYNE HIGDON

We are down on income from prior year. On Wednesday we will meet with the
Cluster Finance Committee to discuss upcoming budget. At the last Cluster
meeting we discussed all that needed to be done, change of address, etc. We
will have new envelopes by July 1. Also discussed families registering for the
new parish in the Fall. A subcommittee is meeting to complete the budget. Pat
reviewed the Easter offertory numbers and Spring Run-Off numbers to date.

FACILITY COMMITTEE –LEO HETLING

No news except Natalie said Hank Digeser will bring in the lift so the church
window masonry can be repaired.

EDUCATION --- NICOLE ROBILOTTO

Three children from St. John’s/St. Ann’s will be confirmed on April 26, 6 p.m.
at St. James. Youth will host the Welcome Table on Saturday.

CHRISTIAN SERVICE COMMITTEE – BARBARA QUINN

Four applications for grants have been submitted to the Regional Food Bank.
We should know the status by June. The Green Fiber dumpster is in place. We
will get paid for it what is collected. The children’s corner in the Center is up and
running, however someone took the rug. The frame is coming off the middle
door and Leo will look into it. Paper towels are being shoved into the toilets
causing plumbing problems. It was suggested that hand dryers (blowers) be
installed. The first floor doorbell needs to ring in the kitchen. Michael Conti
will take care of it.
LITURGY COMMITTEE – SR. NATALIE RUNFOLA
The discussion focused on Holy Week. Many commented on how well it went.
Ellen Catalano commented on how beautiful the Stations of the Cross were.
Nicole asked about the status of John Lanese. Natalie said he would be with
us at least until June 30.

ROUND THE TABLE

--Transition Committee – Natalie Runfola
We will soon be updating the parish via letter and the listserver. The Liturgy
Committee is planning the closing liturgy. Michael Conti suggested removing
symbols of St. John/St. Ann as part of the liturgy. Ellen suggested advertising
the closing liturgy to encourage all who have been part of the parish to attend.
--Other
--Parish Volunteer Appreciation Picnic – Michael Conti will call Henry Hudson
Park re: space availability on June 16.
--Ellen asked about the WAMC contract. Pat said it had ended.
-- Spring Run-Off: Nicole said that Mary was doing an excellent job. She and
Scott Higdon are working well together. Put the date on your calendar; still
down on sponsorships.
